Working with this app for about a year now. Always messes up WTA account, as worked hours get stuck in planned time off, even though less or no time off is planned. This leads to a negative WTA balance, even though you are well on the plus side. For an app that is designed to record your work time in real time, this is rather poor. Also takes an eternity to log on and is not intuitive in its design. Several functions are hidden in off places. Wish my company had kept its old app.

I have this app bc I need it for my job. What is most problematic is "my notifications button". Mainly bc there is NO way to adjust it to where you can get notifications on when the schedule was published to the app. The app is also NOT good if you want to communicate w/ your team(coworkers and managers). There is NO function that allows that. Also, the timecard does NOT allow adjustments in the app they must be done at work. Only function that's useful is "my schedule" bc it works as expected

This app is garbage. You receive no notification(s) when your schedule changes. Who has time to constantly check the app to check if your schedule changes??? I know that I don't. What an inconvenience. Please update notifications. My fellow team members have the same concern. Doing so will make the ease of the app so much better. Your welcome. ; )

By far the most useless app I've had the displeasure of being forced to use. never loads properly, logs you out at seemingly random intervals. forget trying to set up a password because even having slightly poor signal will re-route you to the login screen. who ever designed this should feel bad that they have released this abomination upon humanity.

It's unfortunately a pain to use this sometimes. Unless you close out of the app and remove it from your phone's task bar, it'll give you a "server error" message and you'll have to relaunch it to verify yourself. It just leaves a lot to be desired, and when it signs you out of your account it can be inconvenient because you're specifically opening the app to clock in and out. I wish I could rate this higher as it's very easy to navigate the app and use its features

Nothing but problems. Too many taps to log in and clock in. Unable to read geolocation, again too many taps to log out. Can't recognize the difference from a phone and a laptop or desktop. Again, too many taps, but to log out even! Ugly interface and unbelievably painful to use. I currently can't even clock in because it takes me to a blank page after tapping to go to the mobile login page... Cause it won't let me log in on the regular page. Absolute 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

Possibly the most useless app I've ever been coerced into using. It can take upto 4 minutes to log in, that's if the authenticator doesn't stuff up or if it doesn't automatically log me out, or if a blank menu doesn't obscure half the screen preventing me from clocking on. Why is it so complicated? Just open app, type in pin, press clock-on. Why do I have to dance like monkey just to clock in at work? This review took 2 minutes less to write.

Can log in, but then there is just a plain white screen with three menu dots that link back to the tenant url screen. Cleared cached data, checked permissions, and network. I lost count how many times I've opened, closed, uninstalled, and reinstalled this p.o.s. app. Online customer support doesn't offer any solutions, just says "talk to your manager." It's like it was never finished or tested before being released. Bottom line is, it's a completely unusable garbage app.
