The app is OK and o love the app, but I lost my money, I deposited money to my Landmark Citizen app when I visited the beach I could not finished the money thinking I will go back there and use my remaining only for me to logon to my app my money is gone.

I noticed recently that I'm unable to pay for a booking using funds I credited to the wallet. Now, I can't even sign in as the app keeps asking me to check my internet connection when clearly my internet works. When this gets fixed, I'll update my review. Right now, it's looking as if I'm being deprived of access to my funds.

This is the worst app I have ever used. First of all I got debited twice for the entry fee and they couldn't do a refund. I'm being forced to to use the entry pass within a MONTH. Secondly I'm unable to withdraw money from my wallet. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. This is daylight robbery and as far as I'm concerned this is just a way to force people to come to their useless beach with their useless services. Horrible horrible experience.

What captured my attention most about the app is the name Citizen and my expectation was highly met. A one stop app to order anything in an enclose Versinity. From the ticket purchase to the food and beverage orders. Well thought out and Fantastic service. I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a ticket for an event 5 days from today After purchasing it on the app, I was shown my purchased ticket, and I immediately took a screenshot. Upon a return to the app. I clicked my ticket details again under "My Bookings", and till now I haven't seen the ticket details. The "My Bookings" page shows I have purchased a ticket, but if I click on it I see nothing. Thank God I took a screenshot of the details & the QR code. Anyone reading this should always take screenshots🙏

Why can't i transfer back the unused money in my landmark app to my normal bank account?? I can fund the citizen app from my account but can't send back the unused ones?? Its supposed to be a two way thing FGS! I should be able to do other stuffs on the app apart from buying tickets for the beach or events! And if you know that your app is not completely ready then stop forcing people to download the app just because they want to use your beach!

Horrible experience!!! You pay and still have to wait hours for your payment to be confirmed despite showing evidence of payment. Please work on your back end logistics before cajoling customers into using your app. Do not use the app! Ripoff
