App simply doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc, and the app just goes to a blank screen every single time I try to sign in with my email address. PLEASE FIX, as I panned on actually using this app to find law firms to reach out to in the next 24 hours for a legal matter I'm currently facing. Customer service reply states that they aren't willing to do anything to fix the issue and are suggesting that I try other avenues instead of using the app.

The lawyers are so rushed that they miss important details about a matter you are calling about. I have had a subscription with them for probably 8 years and I am very much considering canceling my subscription because they are so rushed. I could also get a subscription through Legalshield much cheaper if I went through my credit union but I am told I would have to end my subscription for 6 months before they would allow me to have this cheaper rate.

While the advice you get from a lawyer might be sound the app itself is a scam. It takes MONTHS to cancel your account and they WILL overcharge you. It doesn't matter if you've cancelled "in writing" All they do is send you email after email saying "they're working on your request" and you get charged month after month. And even when you follow up you get another email saying "They're working on your request." it's less hassle to go to an actual lawyer. USER BEWARE!

By far the best app on the market that gives me access to quality law firms with a fraction of the price by leveraging collective buying power. I won't ever be without it!!!! I've used it to update my will, fight off traffic tickets, review contracts and send demand letters for my business all of which was covered in my membership ! 😁

I have been trying to upload documents to file a claim and get a consultation that I need help with and the app is idle everytime I try to upload. it doesn't work. tried thought he app and online same issue. and yes I have checked the size of the document. if i can't get passed this point I won't even be able to speak with the assigned firm. this is a pressing time restricted matter.

They will not cancel your subscription. I used Legalshield in August and had a great experience with the local lawyers. In October, I didn't need the service anymore and canceled via email 10/22/24, as they won't let you cancel in the app. Oddly, I was charged 11/22/24 so I contacted chat. They confirmed they are still working on the cancellation, a full MONTH afterwards. They refused to take any further actions. If you use this service, they will not allow you to cancel. Use a temp CC!

Waste of money wishing could just cancel and be done with this app. So after 4 years with the service I was FINALY able to cancel. I still claim it is worse than awful. I needed help with human rights issues, with harassment by a condo board, with recuperating losses and with setling an estate. Their ability to help was 0. Tale the same money and stuff it in a sock for when you need it.
