Too many bugs. Half baked product. Service team also not good. Waste of time and money. Bought this because I had been using ERP. Thought it would also be good. They will promise to deliver moon. But not worth the dust Waisted my full three days. Now after reading comments i am also worried about the data. On boarded three days back but it has been hell of experience. Sales lady who sold does not pick the phone. Other departments also have no direct lines .lots of issues in each module. No sync

Very bad experience from margbooks software, some of basic features not available in this software and if you want them you have to pay more as addon service. My recommendation please don't buy this

I Don't have an option for not rating it, if I would I have that option I was choosing it, I am the customer is marg book, where I have not got promised service and there customer support is too slow with lack of knowledge by not understand users requirements. So please don't go for an marg books billing software, since you will be also a customer choosing for the right software. Sales team will force you people for making subscription but please reject this software. Even I am going to change

Useless app & incomplete software. using last 1 year. More than 600 hundred invoice generated. always showing internet slow, while software slow. Data loss many times. Renewal cost so high. Charging extra money for any changes. Many functions showing development under process. You have to do repair database on regular basis. Issue Issue Issue so many issues...

Extremely disappointed with MARGBOOKS. After-sales response is poor, with support vanishing post-payment. Technical support is inadequate, unable to fix basic issues, making it seem like a newly formed company. Customer service is subpar, stalling without solving actual problems. Despite numerous attempts, no real solutions have been provided. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.
