Only reason rating lower is due to an unfortunate recent event. App auto-logged us out (presumably with the latest update) and, as a result, did not receive notifications (this has happened before). Sadly, was the worst timing, as our car was broken into last night. We use the app regularly and are big fans of the functionality, but it is unacceptable to not be able to rely on the technology, for which we pay a premium, to protect us from vehicle break-ins and theft. Otherwise the app is great.

you should be able to roll up and down windows from app. the app alerted you that Windows are open doesn't help if you are not able to close them if you are away from the car. also it would be better to be able to designate how much you want charge (like a percentage, not just an increment of ten) and WHEN to charge (such as timer ability).

Charging for basic convenience that low end vehicles have standard, not what one would expect for a six figure vehicle. Remote start is spotty, and why shut off when less than 25% fuel, 10 minutes won't hurt. Unless of course the app really is not accurate on fuel, which is likely, then it checks out. You can see the German design elements that make it so complicated it works but not intuitively. The app is better than it was, still spotty, but I quit using this one principle.

App works fine. Sometimes the map portion can't find the address I'm looking for. I have to fat finger it on the radio which defeats the purpose. It's annoying that lesser cars can start their cars from the key and the app. But MB has to try and force the issue only allowing remote start on the app. For that reason it gets 3 stars.

App is better than not having, but slow, errors with remote start often enough (which is a complete joke we have to pay for and super slow relative to on a key fob...). Valet feature doesn't let you limit speed,. You have to have it so I use it, but wouldn't if it wasn't necessarily.

This app SUCKS. Since the over the air Jan '24 update the location tracker cannot put the vehicle within 200mi of its physical location. The errant app also overrides Android Auto so navigation doesn't function. Forced to run Waze on AA MBUX so I can use Google maps on the phone, but under 15mph both nav apps are corrupted by the errant MBUX. I think a meth head in SF can do a better job if locating themselves on a map than my Sprinter.... so now I've come to re-appreciate real maps. Tech SUCKS!

Need Better Control Over E-Charging Limits. Right now, we are constrained to pick a charging level (I have a GLE450e) in levels of 10% such as 70%, 80% and so on. I would love to be able to pick a level in the middle which, for me, would be 85% or maybe even as high as 95% but the app and the car won't let me do this.

This is definitely a huge step up from the old mBrace app. I'd like to see some upgrades to the app: the ability to select a start time for charging my GLE450e (to take advantage of off-peak rates) and the ability to individually control the heated/ventilated seats and heated steering wheel directly from the app. It would also be handy to have a widget for the app that could show my car's EV battery charge level on my phone's home screen. All in all, the app is more stable than mBrace was.
