For enterprise setups, but even then its pretty useless. Tracking is inaccurate even when GPS is on, its hit and miss. Lock device only locks the work profile not the actual device itself and even worse if you get hit with the issue of it not registering due to a "Custom ROM" when none is installed & the policy to check this is off. When connecting to a setup it virtually never finds the sign up ID so you have to type it manually. Overall its awful. Expected more from Cisco.

Bugs, bugs, bugs everywhere. Too many to name. But here are a few. The software thinks my Pixel phone is a Samsung. There are typos every where. It doesn't format enrollment codes, so you'll have to figure out that dashes have to be manually entered.

Update 2021-01-14: Woohoo... No more crashing!!! ----------- 2020-11-15 Since last update, app crashes on all 4 phones we use this on. All different, but all samsung devices. Meraki has not once acknowledged the error reports sent. They seem like they don't care much for Android support. Update: Updated today, to current version/new release, still frequently crashing, in a disruptive way.

Pretty sad that this still hasn't been updated to work with Android 12. I also can't use it with 2 Huawei devices on Android 10. Always has trouble creating work profile and even though the SM app says it's registered, never shows up in my dashboard.

This is the by far the best Android management product I have ever used. I highly recommend it to any organization that needs fast and simplified secure-by-default Android management. Way to go Meraki!

Does this version of the app even work? It only has a "Getting started" button which launches a browser going to the Meraki privacy policy from 2017? How do you actually enrol the device...? Same issue on all android phones we've tried.

It doesn't work. I can't get online ever, won't find networks or devices. Chocolate teapots have more use.

Wants complete control of your phone and keeps crashing when I try to install..i don't think I need work emails that bad.
