The driver system is meant to issue an amber warning, (if you are close to a harsh acceleration or harsh braking etc.) Then a red penalty warning will sound if you ACTUALLY registered as a harsh acceleration or braking. NOT ANYMORE ... Now only a very brief Amber warning is issued and this will register as a full red penalty against your driving score. The sensitivity of the system has also increased. Overall pretty much NOT what it is meant to do!

I drive bus, and my company has it in there buses. Every bus is configured differently for speed and brakes. However, I was surprised other pinged for overspeeding. You need to fix your gps for speed limit for that stretch of road. Its 80kmh zone and I was doing 80. I slowed down to 70, and slowly increased speed to 80 again but as soon I reached 75kmh. Telematic flashed yellow. Clearly, your gps has it adjusted to 70kmh zone. Need to fix that.

I work for Go-Ahead London buses I wonder if you can help me I've had activity on my mix telematics, on Thursday 10th November. I finish driving at 21:41 hours it's not me as I finished at 9:41 p.m., it was the driver taking over after me. I did turn off the engine but obviously as engine was restarted it has not registered a new driver. If possible can you contact my garage to confirm what time I finished and delete the driving record which I did not create.

Zero stars. This is definitely the worst mobile app I've ever used. It is slow and data is usually 2 or more days old (currently 5). There is option "setting" but with only 1 (one) option - password change and nothing else. I have it on my phone for more then 5 years and it never got any better. Unfortunately I am stuck with this because for some reason its my company choice.

Extremely clunky App never mind the actual utility of what it does. Doesn't differentiate between trucks, driving environment or job type. If you're a motorway and A road pilot then it's probably reflective of your job but for other types of driving, it's utterly useless.

The recent update had made the app worse, never shows anything in time keeps loading for ages and that's it . Have to force close the app and then login , still doesn't work properly. I rather prefer not to update, rather having a update which make it worse.

I will give 4 star for this application. Easy to track and use. Warning beep will come for the events. I would like to share some of my findings as solution for some the users who have worst experience with app.1-App login out continuously- #solution- you should check the app back ground working performance permissions or battery saver/optimisation.2-password resetting- you should contact ur administrator it take only 4 mins to reset.3- you should keep your phone memory free space atleast 300mb

Keeps logging out, freezing, must keep logging in just view different pages and is totally inaccurate. NOT recommended to use at all. When will remember me work again, why do I have to keep logging in everytime and why is it saying retry everytime I use the app.
