Total garbage experience, unintuitive app, very poor customer service. Took weeks to verify my direct debit so when I needed a charge away from home it wouldn't work. Converted account to prepay and added 20€ so I could charge enough to get home. This worked out at 1.14€ per kWh! At home it's 0.20€ per kWh. Further more they took the 20€ twice and when I asked for the second one back they tried to charge 1€ for the refund but then took another 20€.

When everything works the app is fine. But the app keeps saying I don't have a valid card when I have one. I have to try many times and then sometimes it works. Then it often fails to communicate with the station. I contacted support twice and never had any answer.

I don't submit app ratings very often, but feel compelled to do so, due to the unfair volume of negative ratings I've read. Firstly, everyone here is right, the options for EV drivers in Spain is poor. And it's not the number of chargers, of which there are many, it's schemes to pay for them, simply & easily. Up until I downloaded Miio, I couldn't find ONE that wud accept my Australian debit card, and verify it to an Australian mobile number that had full roaming. Miio did both without issue.

Of the 9 different charging stations the app directed me to use for my rental car..... EIGHT of them only worked if I had the time and inclination to order....AND WAIT FOR DELIVERY OF..... the Miio freaking fob. A TOTAL waste that almost left me stranded 50 KM from my hotel because without their fob they were USELESS.

Utterly dreadful. The app barely works at all - most of the time just spinning and even when it does, the chargers it directs you to are often not working.

Forget using this app because 50 PERCENT OF STATIONS DO NOT LET YOU CHARGE WITHOUT A PHYSICAL CARD. ( And if you are a tourist, you do not have 10 days to wait to get a physical card in the mail ). Because 2 out of 3 charging stations that I went to (following the app) close to Lisbon Airport do not connect without a physical card, I could not recharge on time my rental and this cost me 120 euros. MIIO NEVER AGAIN. Completely unreliable.

Worst charging experience ever. Absolutely trash. Just take my credit card. Don't make me link this app with stripe. Don't even make me use an app. This app has somehow managed to corner the market. The fact that this is more complicated than just refilling gasoline is insane... forget it. Absolute garbage.

UPDATE: Updated to the latest version but the issue remains. I've also reached the support team but they don't reply. The issue keeps happening with the map feature on Xiaomi 13 Pro. The map is not navigable. I cannot use the map feature which is core. This bug is happening for 6 months. I hope that now with the app being purchased by Repsol you have enough cash to fix it? :D
