Everytime there's an update, the app crashes on my phone have to remove it redownload it. This time it still isn't working. I need this to see my work schedule. Now it's 2025 and I can tell the app needs an update because it won't open. It says no update available today but I'm sure there will be one tomorrow and I can finally open my schedule. another edit 6/25 same issues, the app glitches super badly Right before an update.

I have to use this app for work. It's pretty simple to navigate, but push notifications do not work at all (my coworkers all are having the same experience). Also, you have to dig in to each scheduled shift to 'see who else is on' - there is no option to see the whole week at once, or to see who is scheduled on a shift you are not. But really, it's the lack of push notifications that makes me dislike this app...

Ever since the update, the app has been difficult to use and there have been many instances where the availabilty has been saved with wrong dates and times (although repeatedly selected correctly). Former version was much better and easier to use. No errors. The only drawback was that times were difficult to select. I would still prefer it to this version as it results in constant confusion between employer and employee.

Can't complain, much better than pen and paper schedules. Edit. Been using this for a few months, and it's still great. Only features I would like to see added are, time off requests to show in date order on mobile app, when I get time off requests, I need to wait til I'm on desktop to approve to ensure I don't approve too many requests. And would also like to be able to edit/create schedules in the mobile app, or even allowing opensimsim usable through a mobile browser. But overall, it's great

When I tried to sign up with this app, it took 45 minutes. It kept making me redo steps of verifying a phone number and inputting new information. This app does not load up properly like ever. Takes an age and when it does its behind the emails that have already been sent by it. You need to optimize it for speed. It must have worked well before because the employer I had tell me to use it raved about it. Please make it runnable again, it's so slow it's useless. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not really enjoy using this app. I had to download this app so I could get a job not really enjoying using this app. When you get a notification in the tab it is nowhere to be found and this is very annoying. This app runs very slowly and I am constantly doing things accidentally as I have pressed the screen and it has not updated. If you have a choice download something else.

As an employer, I love this app. However I really think there are so many small features which would make this app so much better. It has the foundations of a fantastic scheduling app but I feel it lacks in certain areas. The support team are great and I wish I could use this app for everything I need but I'm finding I'm looking for another app to help with the little things.

Not bad put has some areas for improvement. I would like to be able to see draft shifts within the app. I plan ahead on the desktop but when mobile cannot review my draft shifts. Although not strictly app based, I feel the ability to mark employees as sick (or other approved abscenes) is very desirable. When planning rotas in the past I have accidently included employees who were unavailable through sickness. Employees do not need to see this information but it would be great for managers.
