OpenTimeclock is an EXCELLENT program all around and we use it every day. The fact that so many features are available for absolutely FREE is just an added bonus. The only complaint I have is the absolute lack of customer service and/or support. I have tried multiple times to reach out via email to no avail. The app works as expected on both my phone and tablets of various types and sizes. I only wish it had a feature to keep the screen awake. As a leave on the table and allow people to clock themselves in/out it's essentially useless as the screen times out and has to be woken up.

I've been glad to have an app for clocking, though you still have to go on a browser to verify times at the end of a pay period, which seems ridiculous to me. Lately, the app hasn't been loading properly and now all of a sudden my phone says it malware/high risk threat, so I've had to uninstall. Please fix this!!!

Customer service is nonexistent. Great free app and even affordable as far as paid version but terrible customer service and sketchy, tried calling number and it was as though it's disconnected. Very dated interface. I signed up for the paid subscription but I had an issue that I needed addressed and can't get any kind of good customer service, I do not think I will proceed with the paid service. For free, it's fine, but I think I will be seeking out something a little more professional.

ONLY Useful For Clocking In/out Other than that, the settings menu is essentially broken and one thing leads to another or doesn't respond at all. Not good UI design at all. Please fix. For those phones like mine that have a camera on the top left of their screen, the menu option is essentially covered under it.

The company I work for has been using this program for quite a while now. Up until recently it has worked really well. I'm not sure why, but for the last month or so the app keeps coming up as Malware on my phone with the inbuilt security program requesting to remove it. I'm not sure if this is happening to others or not. The app is updated regularly and the phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra.

This app is awesome! It has been working perfectly and has an incredible amount of features. We love the Note feature and use it to enter job info when employees clock out. It seems most time trackers don't have this option. It's a no-brainer to get the paid version for $25/mo.

It is good for clocking in and out but not for much more. As a manager, it does let you see who is in and who is not, but it doesn't allow you to adjust times or add entries if needed. My virus protection also just notified me that this app has a virus.

There's some sort of character limit for notes. Please show the character limit or set it as unlimited instead of guessing how much I can type in notes every time I try to use it. It doesn't save what you put down if it's over the character limit and it doesn't tell you.
