I can no longer add mileage and generator hours before departure. I can not adjust my calendar to block off days from the app. I keep getting a "new smart match" even though I have declined it or even when I already sent them a message. I also can not "view my listing" as it would look for people besides me. Just as a note for host, they are charging you 20-25(?) % as a host and after 1.5 years I just realized that they also charge the renter 10% of the total in addition to the protection packag

Crashes more often than not. Notifications of messages lead to a crash. Unable to update calendar or adjust pricing. Just a hassle. I have to jump on the desktop version on my phone in order to complete tasks. Please listen to hosts. This platform is too popular to have such a glitch app.

Sometimes the app won't give me the msg that someone wants to rent my van I've looked at the settings to make sure that it's set properly and goes to my email. Lately I have been looking on outdoorsy everyday and sometimes the app doesn't update so there could be a message there but I don't see it until I close the app and open it again and that seems so old school to me. I think the app was made for Apple iPhones and I have an Android so it doesn't work as well on my phone

I use a different username. however, I have responded to your tech emails and nothing has been done on your end. Update: still not able to change pricing or respond to notifications of renters searching. Update: lost another booking as I didn't get notified of a message. also, I responded to your emails. nobody responded back. Update: Still doesn't work properly. So disappointing! This app could be really great but doesn't work 90% of the time. can't change pricing can't edit, or when edits

The app is great for managing rentals on the go. I have this app 4-stars in the hopes the Dev team sees this request. Can you please make it so that the messages feature can use the keyboards autocomplete, autocorrect, and voice to text features please??? Update 9/27/24: Still can't use the standard android keyboard. I have some other minor gripes now too which is why I am downgrading the app to 3 stars... But I don't have enough room to type them... /shrug

The app is kind of glitchy. When I first made my listing, I would get an error message for setting the calendar availability. Now, after the updates, I can't add different photos, but somehow my calendar availability updated even though there were constant error messages before. I would like to see an analytics section for views.

App does its job at the most minimal effort. It may need to get refreshed often. Messages will get lost or will also need refreshing. Auto correct has not worked (android), which consumes a lot of time when communicating with renters. I don't have the convenience of using my laptop for the broswer on the go or at every moment when a guest needs assistance.

I have a galaxy s21 phone and I can't fix my availability. It's not even showing options to change availability on the calendar itself. I need to change availability due to other apps bookings. I need this changed so I am not overbooking days. Thank you for messaging but the update did not fix this issue. I updated the app before I wrote this review. Thank you.
