It would be really nice if you could filter by rules. I have no interest in paying for a place to call a "home" but never being allowed to have a friend over. I tried to talk about this issue on reddit and learned many properties didn't require that but I have never seen a single listing in my state that doesnt...Would be much better if I could skip having to look at each listing by itself.

None Your Business

After I made a booking I got an email saying 'parking may not be immediatley available'. Its like over selling flights. Buyer beware. Not the type of messaging you want after making a financial commitment. It also made me feel unsafe to see some profiles that do not have a clear face picture. Due things like identity theft etc. The police and site members should be able to see those pictures. Company needs to fix that.

Honestly, If you're in a bind and you're looking for a new place IMMEDIATELY, I wouldn't recommend this app... They want you to pay $20 just to sign up... Then they want a picture of the front AND back of your ID... AND after you've done all of that, you can't even Book a room without using a bank card or credit card!!! smh WAYYYYY too many obstacles. Ur better off using Roomsters 🤷🏾‍♂️

For "Galaxy A03" (android) one you get toward the booking process it glitches/bug & sends you back to the starting point. Unable to process payment because of this . Same problem with (sign up process) getting towards verifying proof of income .. it'll do the same thing . I'm not sure if this is just for this model phone in particular ,or Androids periods ,or just any other particular device . But it needs to be fixed immediately , this interferes with businesses !!!!

During a transition I was stuck with no place to stay! After moving out one home and signing up for another, the host of the new home last minute said she would not have the room ready until another 4 days. I had already paid all my dues from the prior home and to the current home. I contacted padsplit customer support several times. Tickets were 'escalated' which resulted in no action being taken whatsoever. I was not compensated or refundedthe money that I put down so I can get myself a room.

App seemed very clean until it said it required an update, which is strange when I only installed it minutes ago. After a moment the app crashes, and will not open properly again. I'd rather use the website to manage my booking. EDIT: Been using it a few months with barely any issue. Yet the app keeps crashing when it gets a new update. Will stay loading without ever finishing no matter how many times I try.

The apps rules are ridiculously strict for no good reason. I'm not sure why and how the app can or should be able to mandate that no pets of any size or type are allowed in ANY of the listed properties, but that totally killed using it for me and I promptly deleted it after noticing that

Trash & deceptive. Other guest in the house can lie & get you kicked out before your your term ends. What happens then is if you can't get another host to accept your transfer PadSplit will hit you with early termination because there are no available rooms to transfer to even they the host requested you move out. They will try to charge you 412 & wont help you find another Pad even if your balance is at Zero. Scam....
