Pointless bloatware app that requires location permissions for no reason. The old system of them texting an access code worked fine. And now they added the freemium "feature" of charging $3 per day if I don't pick up my parcel right away. I would uninstall this app but then I wouldn't be able to receive packages. Welcome to the technological dystopia folks. Can't wait for our AI overlords to cleanse the world.

I had the app, but when I moved, everything went south. I didn't use the app for a while. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app and all I get when I open it is a blank screen. The machine at our complex fails on a regular basis as well. I used to be able to look up packages with my phone number, but now it doesn't recognize my number at all. It also tells me that a package has been picked up when it's still in a locker. What a pathetic joke this system is.

Cool "open box" button feature. Update: The app stopped loading yesterday, but this morning it's working again. I can see on amazon that my packages were delivered to the lockers yesterday, but the app doesn't show anything. I wonder if this has to do with yesterday's glitch with the app/system? Will talk to staff at the office to check the lockers for my package.

Apps keeps crashing! Also they just notified me the service goes from free to $75!!! I can not give another 1 star or 0 star review. This app keeps getting worse and worse. Now the codes are 10 digit and the barcode or Bluetooth never works. You need to input them manually all the time.

More annoying than useful. Will tell me 100 times that a package is on the way when in reality, I've already picked it up. Wouldn't necessarily know that from the notifications though as it doesn't tell me who who sent it, who delivered it, or where it came from. Doesn't provide any beneficial information or service that we don't already get more accurately, from the delivery service already.

Now just presents a white screen after loading. The app stopped opening lockers weeks ago, though the Open Box button still appeared. The problems are probably on the server(s), rather than in the app itself.

App freezes and completely stops working regularly. When your lease is up at your apartment they delete your account regardless if you renew or now.....then your packages are stuck in a locker with no info to retrieve it. THEN you get charged daily because you can't retrieve your package that is at the fault of Parcel Pending. Fraud company.

Rip off app. Daily fee of $3 per day if not picked up from the lockbox. So let's say you're out internationally and didn't pick up package for 30 days and you don't even know if you have a package waiting for you for you. Lol $90 deleted from your wallet. Not signing up lol
