I love Pemco, but this app is always running, eats battery. Requires location to be on at all times. Too many steps to navigate to the My Driving app- should be a separate app. My Driving scores against me when my phone screen turns on by itself, and even recorded a trip in progress while I was reading in bed! Recorded excessive speed when I wasn't speeding. Recorded dangerous turn on a sharp turn in the roadway. This app is going to score against my driving in the city!

Very easy to use. Straight forward navigation. ID cards always pulled up easily over the two years. Sadly left Pemco to go with another company who's spokeswoman is Flo, and just downloaded their app. Instantly notice a difference. Pemco obviously put in a lot of time and effort in making their app easy to use and reliable. Just wish they didn't raise my premium even though I have a flawless record.

The drive detection is horrible. Considers going on a clover leaf has a 5 star hard turn, same with the sharp turn onto my road. Rates using my android auto via head unit as using the phone. Overall totally worthless, compared to my vzw driving app, rates everything as a bad ride when my vzw drive rating is perfect

Difficult to use. Pemco cancelled us after a accident (reading online this is typical of Pemco) and had no documentation available on the app for this. It has a section for documentation that has been sent out etc. But this one was never attached leaving us unaware we were being cancelled. This app should really only be used for providing proof of insurance in my opinion.

Snore. Unparalleled service and value, insurance-wise, but very, very boring. Make no mistake: best insurance company in the world by all relevant metrics--happy customer for over 20 years--I'm just saying the app has no Angry Birds Ⓡ︎ or singles to swipe or anything. Blah. 5☆

Don't try to register for this app if your email address is close to your name as the auto correct will kick in and mess up your email address. Then when you finally get your email address correct the app will tell you it is an invalid email address. Epic fail by the developer's of the app!

I think you should change your app name to simply "PEMCO" instead of "Go PEMCO" so that it's easier to find when fumbling on your phone sweating while promising the cop you actually do have insurance. Other than that excellent app!
