Doesn't do much and doesn't do what it does very well, clunky UI and often as not isn't able to read usage data from my hearing aids (9050). Unable to transfer data between installs, what is this the 1980's. But it does let me adjust the volume of my HAs, and swap profiles

Since the latest update the app now won't connect to my 9040 aid without being fully connected via the BT menu of the phone. Problem is I don't want calls and media to be streamed through it, but I do still want to be able to control modes and volume. Now there is no way to do one without the other! Samsung S23 Ultra.

This update is worse than before, I am still getting disconnects, only now I can't quickly close and reopen the app to force a reconnect because it running in the background. Maybe add a 'tap to reconnect button' I guess for now I will have to turn off the new feature and put up with the more constant disconnections.

This app is a turkey. At some point it loses connection and refuses to reconnect. I'll be avoiding Phillips hearing aids when I replace this set. EDIT: The latest update is a significant improvement. It has solved the connection problem and added streaming for Android. Email support is 2 day responsive. Still working with support on a use monitoring feature that doesn't seem to be on my menu as described. Overall: satisfied.

very basic app. I have 9050 hearing aids and it would be great to be able to have an advanced mode on the app to allow adjustment and finer tuning of the hearing experience. being able to change noise cancellation, listening focus and even having more bands on the equaliser would be a great help. even better would be to allow the user to create their own profile in the app (like even the basic Phonak app allows)

New Philips hearing aids. Still using General setting. Constant treble hiss in the background. Hopefully, after a consultation, the audiologist can work out the bugs and give me more options. The good news is that I can now follow a conversation in a noisy environment, which I couldn't do before.

The equalizer was extremely helpful in getting adjusted to the frequencies I had lost and gradually getting comfortable with what was actually normal. I had to turn the high range frequency down two or three decibels and then gradually move the equalizer up over a period of several weeks as my brain got used to the frequencies.

App is helpful controlling the volume and knowing when the batteries are dead for my mother. She has Alzheimer's dementia. Although I'm not so sure the battery level indicator is very accurate. I can replace both batteries and they rarely read 100%. Sometimes they start at 60 to 70 to 90%. Either that or the battery quality isn't great. Not sure!
