***Original review***No support at all, and it only rings when I call out to a customer's phone about half the time. I haven't been able to send one outgoing message on it to anyone. ***Updated*** So after writing this review, someone reached out to me that day. After they updated carrier and I relogged in, it has worked perfectly the last few days. Hope it stays that way! If support was better/easier it would get 5 stars, but if nobody responds to emails or DMs and only bad reviews, well ...

No problems with calls or texting, the app rings and alerts my phone as expected. The app seems incomplete, but the main functions are there, phone calls, text and contact. I do like having web access, as many times I prefer to text from my PC. Porting was easy and support has been helpful with the few problems I did have. Custom voicemail and texting images from web app weren't working, but now they are. Currently, voicemail greeting is updated by uploading a WAV file, which is cumbersome.

They don't honour their "lifetime" deal. I paid $99 to have lifetime service, and a couple months later I was suddenly unable to send texts. Tried to contact them but they don't have a live chat like they say and their email response is slow. They told me receiving texts is a problem with the carrier they're working to fix, I told them I never said I can't receive texts and they never responded after that. I finally decided to port my number out, and IM STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR APP.

Not a great expirence! System won't ring unless the app is open and screen is on phone. Horrible time getting my number ported in, customer service doesn't respond promptly. I left Godaddy Conversations, because it's the worst setup out there, however this is a close second, but a few simple fixes and better customer service this could be a great voip phone system. Has potential, but lacks in several key areas. Legitimate 1 star...waste of $$ & loss production time.

App doesn't load half the time I didn't get my calls when someone calls I will just get a missed call notification. Said they were going to add call recording update the next week that was 3 months ago and no update has been done. Not that great of customer service.

"oops we've got a snag" seems like it's a 50/50 chance on if the app will work. Have full 5G service and or on Internet, yet it's always telling me oops we've hit a snag and won't load anything. This really has got to get fixed. Changed it from 2 starts to 1 star because it's been half a day and I still can't access the app. And they're "customer service" is non existent. It's a weekday during business hours and nobody is around to answer or help. Unbelievable.

The line doesn't receive inbound calls I have talk to support about it. Support say your account is fine??? Just test call the number and you will see you are not getting through but they don't listen to me because I am a customer. You can not group text! The app is improving, hopefully they will fix my account. I am not going to hold my breath it has already been 5 months!

Strong new player for _business_ use. Pros - (1) good quality voice and texting, (2) OTP works, (3) has a web app (4) multi-user and multi-number support. Cons - (1) Canadian number SMS functionality is broken, (2) app (mobile and web) is rough around the edges - eg app is not listed when launching a call on Android, (3) basic functionality Customer support still under evaluation. I've paid and tested Hushed, Line2, TextMe, TextPro, RingCentral, and Ooma. Use Hushed for personal use.
