I've been waiting to take my Xbox anywhere with me.. getting used to the hand-feel but absolutely outstanding product. Better than my GameBoy Micro and other vintage stuff, this is an easy, next level bump. I also "had" to get the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and the bigger screen with this ......... if you have a good Ethernet connection into your setup at home, have a decent phone with a good connection... great investment, once settings are all set for it, easy AF to get gaming anywhere. 100 stars

I would give no stars if that was an option. The left side of my controller randomly stopped working. While my phone is attached to the controller, I'm unable to use my phone because it glitches and bounces everywhere. I was able to charge my phone while attached to controller, but now, this causes issues as well. Time to accept the amount of money wasted and search another brand to replace.

I really like this, especially when I'm on the go since I tend to travel a lot. Just waiting till they hopefully support PC game pass for those PC games that are compatible with controller. That would be an amazing addition. But otherwise, the accuracy and feel of using this is amazing, worth the money definitely.

Basically turns your phone in to a console. That is just brilliant. I myself don't see the need to sign up for their subscription, but it isn't required to utilize the app. I will gladly give you that 5th star on one condition. Maybe I'm just being petty but hear me out. If the phone is in landscape mode when it's plugged in......make the display layout landscape by default. I have my rotation locked. I shouldn't have to unlock it to get the app to lay right.

I really like the interface and it makes my phone or tablet feel like a console. However, the "What's New" section seems to be not kept up to date and tends to have stuff listed there for months on end. Maybe if there's nothing new, then temporarily hide that section? Also, it would be nice to make it so that games not listed as supported, but as the player we confirm are supported then look the same on the main screen instead of it showing the small icon for that game/app inside of the tile.

Honestly the product is amazing. This is game changing for me when playing emulated games and when using remote play. I'm even able to remote play FF7 Rebirth! The app is clean and easy to use. The only gripea I have are that the position of the start/select buttons make them too awkward to press and there is no dedication touch pad button for PS games which can be important at times (you'll need to double tap your screen for that). Other than that, amazing product and great app!

Incredible accuracy when I comes to controls and touch sensitivity, the Support team is spot on with upgrades and responses to any questions. However, if you are in an area with limited internet then you may experience game lag and slow response times with the controller. It's a great investment and especially if you don't have much money to spend on consoles and games as the cloud gaming works anywhere you have phone service.

The first backbone I bought didn't work properly. So I put in a warranty claim. I got a new one. I also recently got a new phone as well. But even with a new backbone and phone. I'm still finding it hard to get it to function on my game. The only game I've been able to play with ZERO problems was Minecraft. Every other game literally refuses to work. Even the games supported by backbone.
