4 attempts just to get it to open. Demands password but no option to make an account. Permissions are excessive and not needed for the task but app demands them anyways, probably to sell all your personal info. If you can manage your router any other way, do it. Update: No longer usable, 404 error every single time.

*FACEBOOK MESSENGER IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SUPPORT* Quantum quietly moved away from using this app as a network management app separate from their standard account management app toward one integrated app. Everything broke during the process. It is now fully impossible to connect any 2.4 Ghz items to a home network. Customer support is nearly non-existent. It's so tempting to go back to a different ISP with a slower connection that costs more just to have some reliability again.

I was frustrated too until I found out that Quantum sent a notification where it explains that this 360wifi app will no longer be used. They are using the quantum app for everything 2 in 1 use for connections and bills. Not as advanced as it used to be, but they are implementing everything in the app. Rate than one instead. I hope this helps!

I have connection still. But on the app, it says network outage. So I can't even control anything at this point. On the quantum fiber app it shows everything is connected and working. So I have no idea what the hell is going on. Edit: so I get a notification that the quantum fiber app will soon do everything in one app. This quantum fiber 360 app is more user friendly with more control features, so why not have this app do everything instead?

App seems to be broken and no acknowledgment on status. App says network outage 2 days after recovering from some type of outage. But the other Quantum app says network is connected. Only had service for last 6 months. Definitely seems you use this company for the price and unlimited data. But their customer service is beyond horrible. I've kept phone on for over 30 minutes of hold time, before giving up, twice.

SUCKS! Does not work. 360 wifi is no longer in use. No notification from Quantum. Customer service is even worse. Now use must use Quantum app not the 360 app. So I downloaded it guess what? System down for maintenance. OMG! what happen to Centurylink aka Quantum Fiber? As of this writing I can't access anything Quantum through any of their apps. Well the net is still works. Customer service really sucks tho. Apologies for useless rant but this sucks! 47 minutes on hold. 38 minute wait to chat!

Does not work with Quantums current pods!!! Even the in home tech could not get it to work! Later when I called support, he said it didn't work for newer wifi 7 equipment, then hung up on me. Only reason I wanted the app was to get my smart devices (2.4) connected. Apparently now it's impossible. Goodbye to hundreds of dollars in smart lighting, cameras etc!

The app itself is maybe 3.5 stars, but the quantum fiber pods are 1 star. I was told during installation that many customers have better luck when purchasing their own equipment. It's not that buying new network hardware is that big of a deal but it's hard to feel good about investing in new equipment when you aren't confident about the service.
