it's a nice app but there is this very frustrating thing where if the restaurant doesn't support presto anymore it won't tell you right away after you order and wait it notifies you that it's been canceled !! also some places like rodeo have onion rings but it's not in the menu so if you add that as a note that you want onion rings they won't consider it !!! so why is there notes ? bottom line is the menus need to be more specific and to have more options ..

I don't use it that often but I think it's a wonderful, useful app. Easy to use, the services are very accurate and great, the display of the app is so modern and lovely; but the only frustrating thing about it is that you are not allowed to edit your personal information such as changing phone number or email, changing account's name, or even adding a picture. So please try to work on this issue in the upcoming updates, and wish you all the best 🧡

**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I recently downloaded Presto and I am thoroughly disappointed. This app is riddled with issues and fails to deliver on its promises. First of all, the user interface is incredibly clunky and not user-friendly. It takes forever to navigate through the menus, and the search function is almost useless. When trying to find specific restaurants or dishes, the app often crashes or returns irrelevant results.

Horrible app. The company needs a lot of improvements. The app keeps crashing. The menu is not enough. For example, when you select a beverage you don't have the option to select a pepsi, sprite or any other specific beverage!! Items from certain restaurants are usually unavailable while it says available on the app!!! Delivery fee is way too expensive!!!! Overall, the business model is not sustainable and lacks operational efficiency!!

Good service and delivery time, but the app needs alot of work. Very slow and unresponsive, crashes often. If I ever cancel an order or decide to use a different method, it's because the app can be frustrating

Loading time is way too much. For process of one order, I have closed and cleared the app twice. I'm using a 2 year old phone. Also it doesn't let you choose which drinks you want. The driver GPS map doesn't work at all.

1) the gps location is not accurate and keep in changing whenever I set the location 2) the order tracking and movement of the driver is poor 3) the estimated arrival time of the food is totally wrong, for example a near by restaurant estimated arrival time of the order is 17 min, however, it's taking more than an hour. 4) should add chatting with the driver, make it easier to communicate and get updates I know you can do better, good luck Update: Need to work on driver tracking via the app

Location doesn't work properly on my phone even though It shows my exact location but somehow I cannot choose it. Works on other phones in the same location. Bad experience with support team because they lied and said our services aren't available in your area.
