The app is trying to be smart but ends up making things worse. I can't evendo a simple measurement for my 30-50lb luggage. It keeps thinking it's bodyweight. Clearly luggages weigh differently, but it keeps thinking it's the same person and displaces the exact same weight with different luggages. I wander if it actually measure anything but just use display the historical data. It can't even be a simple scale!

App is generally doing what it's supposed to do. Sometimes crashes during start up, and has done so repeatedly for weeks. Recently crashed and stopped syncing with Google Fit out of nowhere. Edit: Support provided help with getting Renpho to sync with Fit again, but not data for the days it was not connected. So I had to add weight data to Fit manually.

If I try to delete some data while offline the app says that some server can't process my request at that moment, even though I'm using a guest account and my data is supposed to be stored only on my phone... You also need to give access to your location to connect to the scale. I would never have bought the scale if I had known that I'd have to upload my measurements to their servers. And they obviously collect more data than they say they do.

Im using a WIFI scale and this app annoys me each time with notifications about Bluetooth and GPS. I'm ok if this pops up once during initial pairing, but not each time I open the app since it is NOT REQUIRED. Add a setting to mute/remove this notifications. Until this gets fixed its rated as 1 star app. Besides the UI should get reworked. App doesn't look good for nowadays standards. Review is only about app, not the scale.

Just downloaded the app and can't sign up. Rubbish!!!! So now I can't adjust settings for my newly purchased scale. A bad 1st impression. Update: Had to use another device to sign up for the app. Informed the developers and expressed my disapointment. Update: June 13, 2019. The app continues to have problems receiving data from the scale. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps recommended from the developers without success. What a disappointment.

I was so happy with my scale at first, but now it won't transfer my weight to the app, no matter what I do. I've only had it for about 5 months. I tried removing the scale from the app, resetting it by taking the batteries out, testing for Bluetooth anomalies and all other troubleshooting steps that they recommend. It's not usable anymore.

I am generally happy with the scale and app but only issue is after pairing once it shouldn't require my GPS location but it keeps as to turn on my GPS location. This drains unnecessary battery and pairing should happen automatically via Bluetooth and once I decline location tracking it should not bother again nonstop. It is annoying.

When trying to create an account and using a password with more than 16 letters on the website you get an email welcoming you. When trying to log in you get an inconsistent state (and no error messages anywhere) on the website. The app straight up tells you that no account exists. I don't have the feeling that security is a top priority.
