Hello, I've been using the Radio Javan app for a long time and I really enjoy it. However, there's a recurring issue that's been frustrating me: every time I update the app, all of my downloaded songs disappear. It's really inconvenient, especially when I've taken time to create my offline playlist. I kindly ask you to look into this and fix it in the upcoming updates. Thanks in advance.

Hello, your app has been installed from long before but since i'd upgraded my samsung galaxy A51 to Android 11, while playing music, the song is constantly interrupted and closed, I connect the phone to the car via Bluetooth and use it, but in other cases, try I did and it has this problem, also Android version 10 had no problem and this version has a problem, please take care, thank you 🙏🏻

Frustrating app. Too many ads, and it sometimes hangs, so you need to close and reopen it (Galaxy S24 FE). It’s also difficult to get back to the app after watching an ad. Very disappointing, I uninstalled it in less than an hour.

It's been two days that when I play music, the sound has noise and doesn't play properly. Please fix the issue. The sound of the ads is fine, but the music has problems.

It does have a great archive and clean interface .however, it does have so many annoying adds. Should I pay for no adds experience? OK,if I'm from Iran, how am I going to pay you with the only available method due to sanctions?! Not to mention , considering the current currency rate , your price is too expensive.

Nowadays, they show ads everywhere: an ad before a song is played, an ad after every other song, and an ad when you manually select a different song/album/playlist while the current one is playing. This is totally unacceptable! If you want to make money, play ads for a minute and let us enjoy 15-30 minutes ad-free just like Spotify. I'm switching to a different app after more than 7 years of using Radio Javan.

Ever since they added ads to the android version, the app has become impossible to use. Forget about the constant disruption. The app keeps crashing every time it tries to play an ad. And sometimes, it just fully goes down and just plays the songs without sound and there's nothing you can do to fix it. Even reinstalling the app didn't work. Just hire some decent developers to fix your broken app.

I'm really disappointed that the **Online Radio** feature has been removed. It was one of my favorite parts of the app, and now I'm forced to rely on podcasts and playlists. While I appreciate the other content, losing the Online Radio feature takes away a huge part of the experience for me. Instead of the radio, they've added TV, which I think contradicts the original purpose of this app. In my opinion, they should even consider changing the name to **TV Java
