Hi, long time fan of your services. Just a few things I think could be better, in my opinion. 1. The sambaza internet option is 5-10mb. How's this possible?? Maybe it's a bug somewhere? Thanks 2. The interface feels off but I guess it will take time to get used to it. The layout feels congested in a way. Previous app had a distinction. Like blaze tariff and the other kind. That interface was dope. Maybe see what can be carried forward and make the app feel familiar. Thanks

I've been using it for a while, and use it for everything and I mean (EVERYTHING), Safaricom related. However currently I can't even open it. I have done everything, update, uninstall, restarted the phone, downloaded again and even system update on the phone but still not opening. Kindly assist.

I have had to reduce my ratings for this app from 5 to 3 unfortunately. What just happened to once the best app ever? Lately, the app is slow, inconsistent, and doesn't complete some transactions, especially when withdrawing funds. It has become a very annoying app. Adress this issue.

The app is superb, and it's enjoyable to work with even when the data is depleted. However, there is one concern. It keeps on sending notifications to update the app. These updates no longer appear on my Play Store. How am I supposed to update the safaricom app? Thanks

The App is quite easy to use and enables one to save Favourite PayBill numbers and Till numbers; this is a great step forward where once i save them its just a touch on the wcreen and everything flows. There is however, in recent months: (a) a challenge where the App takes too long before it starts up (Please issue of handset and phone make aside) (b) A few days ago (today being 20th Nov. 2024) the App requested i update, which i did. Howerver, i can now no longer view my Data beneficiaries. 🤷

It is Frustrating that I can't fully use the "my favourite" feature. So while I can add a favourite, I can't seem to be able to delete a saved favourite. Tried it, says it's successful, but the name remains. Kindly fix this.

The app has requested notifications permissions, and i would rather not have notifications. Unless i turn on these permissions, the app crashes. For now, I'll give you guys 1 star until you rectify this. I really don't need notifications.

Not very reliable. Always crashing. Difficult to renewed home Fibre. I've had to Uninstaller twice because the app stops working. More work needs to be done to improve the app as it is not reliable.
