When I try to open the app after the install, I keep getting a "network error occurred". I have uninstalled, restarted the phone, reinstalled but I get the same error. Also, the very 1st time I tried it, it would never send the verification email so I couldn't use all the functions. That's the reason I was trying to re-stall in the first place.

For at least a couple of weeks, it keeps saying "unable to get menu". This already used to happen regularly, but now it's every single time, so the app is essentially useless at this point.

Hasn't worked since last Spring. Haven't been able to see the menu. Just says "error, unable to get menu items"

This app allows me to stay on top of what great things we are eating at our schools and to ensure the safety of any customers dietary specific needs. I am able to provide instant feedback not only to the Chef and Culinary team but this info is also shared with the District Managers and Head Office Dieticians. Our expectations and feedback DOES matter!

The menu did not work. It always says unable to view menu and it won't let me log out. I've uninstalled it dozens of times. Nothing works.

The app hasn't worked this year, 2022. I keep getting an error message. Try emailing the monthly menu to parents until its working again. The app will not let you submit feedback either. Thx.

My school uses Sage and all of the sudden the menu just doesn't work. Either the app is broken or my school decided to stop putting a small amount of effort in. Likely the school just got lazy.

Great way to check the daily menus and it has the coolest allergy filter, finally a company that cares enough about customers that want to feel safe when eating. Very nice!!!
