Its awesome until you have an update on your receivers or transmitters. Updates wipe them clean and defaults them to the lowest frequency its capable of. Almost to the point I'd recommend not updating unless the system is giving you trouble. Good luck finding out what the update is about/for or what the latest version is either. Nothing on the app, nothing on the website. Idk why the app even shows the current firmware version, because u can't even do anything with that information by yourself.

This update is a big step backward IMO. First this update has deleted the option for a frequency range selection for the auto scan. This is horrible for meteo areas with crowded tv channels..second after auto scan there is no pop up to sync the transmitters..its now burried in the frequency menu. Finally it tells me there is a firmware update for my "devices"..aka transmitters however the update page gets stuck on "searching" when trying to apply updates. Please fix.

My work device auto-updated to this new version and it now it absolutely does not work at all anymore. The app freezes immediately and I'm not able see or access anything. Update: It now no longer freezes, because....some reason. I did nothing except come back and check on it a day later. So we'll see how stable that is. But now my list of devices is all out of whack and there's no way to rearrange it in-app. Which seems like some truly barebones functionality.

Installed the app when we installed 6 new mics at our church. Found all the mics, was able to do all my naming and frequency changes. Thought I was going to really enjoy the app and use it when needed. However... as soon as I powered everything down and brought it back up for the next service, the app just didn't work. Not at all. It opens to a frozen screen with our mic list and nothing I do works. I've uninstalled the app several times and re installed... same result. Thoroughly disappointed.

So first off, i love this app/product. I really hope you expand on this concept with using bluetooth to control not only instruments/vocals, but also in ear monitors. My only issue ive had (and it was repeatable) is if i open the app with bluetooth off, it desyncs the systems... this could possess a serious problem during a live show. EDIT: It must of been human error, or a phone issue, but seems to work fine now. Can connect even with bluetooth off! As long as they were synced sometime before.

It has a very strange concept: you may have the receivers linked to just one android at once. If two guys are working on the same sound booth, in different days, and the second one wants to add the receivers on his phone also, the receivers will be removed from the first phone. Also, adding a receiver already set in the wireless system, the app ask to rescan the RF specter. But, if other receiver are not added in this moment, you may find the some receiver will have same frequency

Great until recent. Is this app still active or been replaced? I've deleted and reinstalled and still won't recognize my equipment anymore. It will find the equipment and then says it cannot connect to existing equipment. So disappointing and frustrated.

I don't like wasting people time, go and buy any SHURE wireless system or g4 series that are linked by wire, period. Seriusly, this is useless time wasting, they need to make this more reliable and I'm only dealing with 2 units, imagine having more. Sync with the app is slow and if it closes you need to resync all , remove the device from bluet9th list then sync all again but never work. And you need the app to scan all freq at once.
