It would be really useful if the RTA Sharjah app allowed users to link their traffic number directly within the app. This would make it easier to access traffic-related services or fines. Additionally, adding the option to store the driving license as a digital ID within the app would be a great feature. This way, users could save their driving license in their Samsung Wallet or similar apps, ensuring they have easy access to it even if they forget their physical wallet.

One of the worst experiences I've had in the UAE. I booked a taxi, entered the exact location, but the driver kept calling to ask me to share the location via WhatsApp. Plus, some building names are not even listed on the app. What's the point of entering a location if I then have to talk to the driver, send them the location, and deal with links not working? It's honestly easier to hail a taxi the old-fashioned way by standing on the street. I had an appointment, ended up being 30 minutes late.

Useless application. I don't know how such a big company can't afford to hire professionals to design a functioning app! I installed the app and when I opened it, a message popped up saying that there's an update available. When I click on UPDATE, it takes me back to Google Play where it shows OPEN only; no update option! So I'm stuck between these two options: Update and Open! 🤣🤣 It's a vicious circle that I can't get out of.

It's such a shame on the name of RTA Sharjah.. The application opens but shows the message "something went wrong" and doesn't let me book a taxi.. I was late at work trying to book a taxi but failed to do so.. I think we have high expectations from Sharjah and Sharjah RTA, but it never can improve....!

Location services have been enabled but still it doesn't work. Please improve the usability of the app. Doesn't even let you search most places or areas for pick up and drop off as it has too limited places database which should be improved. Also, please provide an option to choose on the map. Bus timing during COVID19, should also be incorporated as there are terminal closures for intercity buses. It shouldn't show the current day's schedule unless services have been resumed.

It's a very difficult app that isn't linked to Google Maps and doesn't save tracks. Especially when trying to find a bus line. You should take advantage of Dubai's bus service and imitate it for what they do

This has lots of flaws, wasted 1 hour of my time, I booked a twice and waited both times the taxi drivers was standing on a wrong location, had to cancel both times because of long wait, secondly the app doesn't provide taxi driver number where we can call and coordinate a correct location, taxi drive can cancel a ride without any message because of find an other customer... This app needs serious updates ... Atleast make it like careem or Uber

The app is so bad it cannot identify gps location or identify any destination. Very difficult to use. If they provide nearby taxi numbers at least is better because this app is nothing. Very frustrating to only see pictures without actual access to services.
