Sony AX5500 connected with Android s9+ and then s23+ gave me terrible stability problems until I found this app. The USB C to HDMI would give me so much trouble running video to head unit. After installing app it all works perfectly! The shop who installed head unit were great with follow up visits but could not solve the stability issues. Head tech and owners thought the problems I was having were caused by me not using an iPhone as everyone with shop were all on apple devices.

This app works perfectly on my note 9 I don't have to go thru the car radio sound settings for adjustments, it's much easier doing that on your phone, plus it have some others cool features that your head unit don't have to boost or enhance sounds. 🙂

Needs improvements and a dark theme option. It is way too bright and the controls are too small. It could also auto-dim when untouched for 30 seconds to cut down on glare.

You need the Sony Music Centre app to use this app. It's a shame it's not mentioned as a pre req. Once installed though it's great. I configured my DSX-GS80 head unit with ease.

Where's the app?? Literally uninstalled to see if I was missing something, re installed and the app never shows up on my android and there is no option to even open the app from the playstore or my app list.

Great App by Sony. As i know you must install sony music center(song pal) then only install this, i open song pal then this will show up in sony pal. The only thing is i dont how to measure or get the accurate setting for my car audio.

Really like the on screen adjustments this gave me on my phone. I don't have to go through the radio to change listening positions or fader levels.

Useless. Downloaded onto my Samsung Galaxy but the App doesn't even show up. Uninstalled and re installed multiple times. Still nothing. Bought an expensive head unit that I can't even set up.
