The app is fine to use and the overall experience is okay, but the pin doesn't drop where I put it. It chooses "relative" locations and sometimes I have to end up walking for ten minutes just to get to the "pickup spot". Like why let me drop the pin on my location if you're not gonna pick up in the designated area. On top of that it gives me a time for pickup but never notifies you if the pickup time changes. It just happens without notice. It's a good service but poorly catered to the user

Every time I tried to schedule a ride, I would get a, need to cancel previous ride. The few times I was successfully able to schedule ride, It would cancel on me. I had successfully scheduled a ride for this morning, but never pucked me up at my initial pick up point. The the driver t G at was supposed to pick me up at 2nd pick up spot canceled my ride because I wasn't there. Obviously I wasn't there since I never was picked up at 1st spot.
Curious Thoughts
Update 3. Still 1 star, still can't pay with Hop wallet, Credit, or Debit Card. Still can't book a ride. "Something went wrong you already scheduled a ride. Please cancel that ride to order this ride." Wish yall would just bring back the busses. Much less of a hassle.

Don't take the hop they will consistently keep you waiting 30+ minutes for a ride, then you are on it for another 30 minutes and end up going across the base just to go 2 miles, just take an Uber unless you have a whole day to waste away just waiting on a ride

THIS APP ROBBED ME! I paid for 2 weekly passes and the app will NOT let me use them! The phone number isn't manned and transfers you to be disconnected.

The app is malfunctioning because you can even login correctly the app needs to be fixed please

This app isn't fully operational as of yet. The "New" system is starting this Tuesday. Why would you even start this without making sure people can schedule rises? We have to pay extra fare for this garbage?
