I've been using this app for the past 4 years and developing all kind of bespoke forms. Brilliant capabilities, but loads of issues started to appear with the upgrades implemented staring July 2019. 13 users in my company with SAMSUNG SM-T365 (Android 5.1.1) tablets experienced repeated crashes when taking photos through the app, regardless the form used. Before upgrade deployment all these devices worked great for 2.5 years. Fulcrum support said that the devices don't have enough memory. Now in December 2019, we've upgraded the devices for the users to Samsung SM-T515 (Android 9)- a bit better specs than former ones. The issues with taking photos through the app and the app will crash is still persistent. I believe that there may be a problem with the resource usage for the app, but the support team quickly cut me off on the conversation and I had no further feedback from them. Now, our field staff still experience the same issue which causes a lot of frustration and inconvenience.

On current version, viewing a record but not making changes requires me to confirm "discard changes" when hitting 'back'. The converse is also true: I can modify a record and then hit 'back' and it silently discards my update. The logic is reversed here. This is annoying. The "contact support" link in settings doesn't work.

Used to be 5 stars, now its 2 stars. Problem is with the data retrieval process on the p.c. side. They now make you go through extra steps to save and name pictures. They are brushing it off like it's nothing, but this changed just took me from a 1 - 2 minute job and now the same job takes 15 - 20 minutes. This is all but unusable for me now. It's not like I only have one of these to do. I have hundreds. So that time has really added up now, all because of the extra steps that were added 4 pics.

Easy to use at first, but requires some IT/GIS background when using advanced features. Customer service live chat is really great - they help you get through errors/issues. Frequent bugs here and there, but they also keep you updated with their status if you reach out.

Hate the new update. Every time I open the app it goes to the new overview list and not the app list. Also, all of my widgets stopped working! Widgets were a huge timesaver and having to navigate to the app page everytime is another waste of time!

Good design good app. People who give this one star because you need an online account are not being fair. You didn't read the description and don't understand the purpose of the app if that is the only reason. I do wish the development team would work on some functional improvements to the web application side.
