Spirit's app is a mixed bag. I generally jump in from an email notification from the airline on my flight but the buttons or lights work about 50% of the time. By this I mean the app loads and I land at the correct screen (check-in for the flight or to see a service note/flight departure change).

Since the recent update , impossible to look for flights. Keyboard won't load. App became extremely laggy and glitchy. No idea why developer have the need to keep updating something that works well and messing it up. Meh

clear instructions, pretty fast speed processing(8/8/24). As of 10/11/24). The app has been buggy and the keypad does not appear when I seelct the select the "search" (airports) section for a couple of months now. Nor can I select an airline from the scrollable list. I use android phone, there is no update showing needed to the app (a couple of months ago nor now) and I hqve restarted my phone and I've uninstalled and reinstalled.at least once. This makes the app essentially useless for me rn

The app is so laggy and glitchy. it will actually make you select the wrong options at times and make you think that you have to select baggage. you don't need to select baggage for any of your flights. it's included these airlines need to get it together and stop scamming the community that uses them to travel. it is such a shame. horrible scam-like practices. lawsuits coming your way

4/22 Trying to make me upgrade app. It wouldn't because I already did upgrade it. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Same problem. App is just as bad as the rest of the airlines service and features. Could you imagine if you ran your business this way or the service you provided was this bad? How do they stay in business? Please don't ask me to email you. If you want to talk reach out to me you can look me up in your system. UPDATE 11/24 SPIRIT IS BANKRUPT. Nailed it. Hire me, I'll help you fix it.

This is one of the most unusable apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. The fact that it belongs to an airline and they expect you to use it to book tickets is wild. Half the screens in the app throw an SQL error and the other half never load. Whoever is in charge of updating this app should be fired immediately.

When I log into my account on this app to check in for my upcoming flight, no "Check In" appears" I have to find a computer to check in and print my boarding pass. Also, when I attempt to view my boarding pass, it takes a long time to load and the bar code is missing.

The customer service rep was very helpful, confirming our extra checked bag last minute. He walked me through the process in the Spirit Mobile App in a timely manner and even updated our boarding passes to change our seating arrangement for a window and aisle seat. Now, I can arrive at check-in and not have to worry about anything at departure. Thank you, Spirit..!
