The app has a lot of neat tools for managing and interacting with your car. But the organization and layout of the app is confusing. There's no clear way to tell if a button will perform a task or take you to another menu. "Charge", for example, is the in middle of a bunch of other buttons that do a function. But it takes you to another menu. The notifications can be odd, too. No, my car is not charged to its setting, I just unplugged it. Great app, a few rough edges.

I've been using MyHyundai for 3 years. It works well and the recent update is an improvement. I never lose my car at concerts or sporting events and the remote features are great. I once left my car in an airport parking area and was in the boarding area when I realized I hadn't locked my car. That was a moment of "oh darn" followed by a smile because of this app and Bluelink! Amazing!

App is consistently glitchy, can't connect to vehicle, can't perform commands, can't update status, ect. I think a solid 40% of my attempts to perform a function of the app are met with failure. App suggets making sure car is in "good coverage area" when it's almost always in a major city in open air parking about 35 feet from the phone trying to connect to it.

I love this app. It always alerts me when the doors are unlocked. This app also monitors the health of my car as well. I am having one issue with it though. There's no remote start option. My car is a 2024 & the sales manager told me I could remotely start my car & open my trunk from my phone. The app has been updated as well. I'm bummed about this bc it gets pretty cold here in the early mornings and it would be nice to get into a nice warm car.

PLEASE fix the notifications! You should be able to see if the remote start was successful or not without having to open the notifications every time just to check and see. It's frustrating. Realistically the app is a solid 4/5 stars but I'm hoping the devs will see this and fix it. If you guys do, I'll happily change it to 5 stars! Just have the notification start with a bold "SUCCESSFUL" or "UNSUCCESSFUL". I would really appreciate it!

As many others already reported, this app is okay when it works. But lately it needs to be uninstalled then reinstalled routinely. Other problems include notifications arriving hours after the event, routine"Oops! Something went wrong" pop-ups that seem to refer to nothing, and once a message claiming that my phone seemed to be rooted (it is not) and blocking use of the app. This app works just well enough, just often enough, to avoid being permanently uninstalled. But that is a low bar.

Great when it works. I have to remove and reinstall at least once a month because it stops working and today was a new issue. Told me it would work because my phone appears to be rooted. Worked after the reinstall. Just for full disclosure, my phone is not rooted and I work in cyber security. Developers need to get better. At this rate I will not be continuing to use Bluelink after my trial is done.

Despite it being free for three years, once I have to pay for it, it seems unlikely it will suddenly get better. Given that, it's a very poor value inasmuch as it doesn't work very well, and shows only small improvements over the 3 years. And the elements that don't work very well, have not gotten any better. They *really* need to put more effort into fixing and improving functionality, and making even the basic stuff to work reliably.
