Last year, this app was fantastic. I got notices promptly when I should have, after fiddling with the range settings. This school year, it's worked three times. It won't stay logged in, it keeps dropping my phone as a device (even though it was listed a dozen times), and logging and resetting everything only works once before it breaks again. Unfortunate.

TRASH. Even after reinstalling, this app does not work. Period. The email notification is probably the most reliable way to see when the bus is within the radius of the bus stop. Push notifications are so infrequent that the feature may as well be non-existent. The map to track the bus? Nope, always shows the bus is inactive. An instance of a substitute bus being logged here? Nope. Tech support is laughably bad even when you can reach them.

I love having this app because my kid's bus is running late sometimes, but it's not great. It asks nearly every time I open it to name the device I'm using (same one 🙄), push notifications don't always show up, and there's no "refresh" option for the map. The app is a great tool, but it needs an overhaul.

Like others here, the app on the most current iteration of Android OS is not only regularly logged out without warning, but also requests a password that can't be saved to Google password manager and requires me to name my device (3 times this month at least). We need the app for notifications and bus location. These are big bugs that need to be addressed promptly.

What the app lacks in advance techniques and features, it does not make up for in terms of customer service. Can't see your subbed bus or actual bus? It's because of the drivers. And you have to call county to get them to change it. I just wanted to be the fun parent, and this app makes planning my intricate mornings harder than just waiting the extra 15 minutes outside. Technology is supposed to make things easier but running people down to use the app isn't my job especially at 6am. 0 stars.

When the app actually works as it's intended to, it's great. When checking the notification history on the app I have both phone and email checked to receive notifications. In the beginning I would receive the notification on my phone, then it stopped for about 3 weeks and started receiving again for a week and now back to nothing again.

Updating to three stars as the notifications seem to be working now, although slightly slower than the usual update speed. Hopefully more improvements are coming, but this is a good sign! App states they fixed the notification bug, but we're still not receiving Push Notifications, only emails. Several parents are asking the Transportation office to find a new app because this is, and I mean this is incredible, worse than the last app.

The idea of this app is great and when it works, its really useful. But that's where my praise ends. It doesn't work right a lot of the time. It has made me name my device 5 times. Notifications have been coming late or not at all. And currently, at 6:45am, I cannot view the bus in the AM time frame because the app keeps telling me that the school doesn't allow viewing of the bus at this time. But I can see the bus when I select PM which makes no sense. Please fix this! (Galaxy S22 phone)
