Horrible app. Registration is simple but as soon as enter details and hit login it takes over the device and switches my browser from default to Yandex browser..You try to add devices to account and hit 'save' the app disappears completely off screen. This is supposed to be top class support for device owners ?? Yeah right. Uninstalled until someone fixes this junk.

no option to add RMS credits on mobile native version + the tablet version is completely unusable!

App malfunction. Stop working and my router apear disconected. Very hard to configure router for fast internet. Also the best 4g+ lte-A internet is less speed than half MB/a showed in youtube videos. Scam? Need to improve software for less manual configuration and improve router assistant configutation for a good performance. firewall and interfaces so need to improve assistant because many configurations and options with diferents benefits.

Unable to add my device because the “Company” entry form does not populate. I don't even know what it means by RMS Company – I'm an individual, not a member of an organization. Unable to enable remote access for RMS Connect. Loading times are insanely slow.

App has decided to crash and won't log in, was working fine. Extremely frustrating as use it almost daily to check and confirm sites are working. Please fix!
