About the app: There's no easy way to tip my cleaner. There's no link in their email to go to review the cleaning, just an email asking to do so. The scheduling part is ok. The cleaning list have a button to modify it, but I can never get it to modify. Instead, I message the cleaner every damn time that I don't want the oven cleaned, etc, etc. Other than scheduling a cleaning, it a very useless app! The company: CSRs are v good. Be prepared for your cleaner to be an hour or more late.

Super unreliable and unprofessional. I set up a biweekly cleaning, and the cleaner never showed up for the first cleaning 3 separate times, 3 separate cleaners! I was very flexible on timing and tried to reach out to all 3 cleaners, and all of them no-showed. When I reached out to the Tidy team, they told me that I could cancel my plan for a $40 fee. Are you kidding me? A $40 fee for a service that was never provided. Don't waste your time.

I must not get something about this app. I scheduled service and then cancelled it, but never received a full refund. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. They also charge you before the service is rendered in contrast to some other cleaning apps. Their app messaging also doesn't work. I have to write e-mails to them every time I want discuss something.

BE AWARE: booking a cleaner is different from what they show in the video. You pay first, and then you see available cleaners. I tried to book for the same day, but there was no cleaners available, so I cancelled and did the cleaning myself. THEY CHARGED ME $20 of cancellation fees, even when NO CLEANER WAS AVAILABLE. Unbelievable! Customer support didn't fix the issue, they still owe me $20.

Amazing app, amazing service, amazing experience. I booked a whole day of cleaning (refrigerator, oven, laundry, dishes; you name it, booked it). The app is very intuitive, it took me 5 minutes to book. The cleaning was top notch and when I reached out to have my bill adjusted because I decided last minute to not have to fridge cleaned, they ajusted my bill in literally 3 minutes. I am so amazed! I just booked a regular monthly clean. 10 stars !

I have used this app a couple of times. Very convenient. I like the task checklists and the pictures. The prices are a bit high, though, and there are some features that do not seem to work, like adding a primary/secondary cleaner. In order to book the same cleaner, I have to refresh the marketplace countless times before my cleaner shows up. Otherwise, it just randomly picks cleaners. It would also be good to have the cleaners located on the map so that you can choose the one that is closest.

I paid for extra services only for the cleaner to apologize and say they didn't see it. You'll still pay for it though. Support wont reimburse. I've been charged for a cleaning that didn't happen. The times the cleaners did show up the cleanings were incomplete or not to par. Support doesn't reply or resolve issues. Countless emails Supported by evidence and they ignore you or lie in return. Do not support this business. Using the app is easy but the results always disappoint
