The latest update is definitely not an improvement. The audiobooks are only accessible when you're connected to the internet (even after downloading the audobook to your phone), which means no more listening to audiobooks on airplanes, or remote areas without Internet coverage. Even if you have internet connection, the audiobook randomly stops, and requires hitting play after every chapter. What a disaster!

They have deleted the Sleep Timer, which was already hard to find. Now I wake up sometimes, because of the sound, after hours! And hard to find at which chapter I was. After the stupid update recently, I can also not find my Audio Book back when offline :( So it's not an Update for me, it's a Downgrade unfortunately! Also slow response @ feedback & none at all via their Facebook, 2 times already.

Loved the app before (prev 4 stars), easy to use. It removed a lot of the basic functionalities now. I can't adjust the fonttype anymore and I don't know how far I am in the story (except from chapter maybe) The app didn't remember my books from before the update. Had to download again and move to my latest page again. Not sure why these changes were necessary :(.

I really enjoyed this app while I had it and I'm disappointed it's ending. I liked the structure of it having 6 books to choose from each month and appreciated it allowing me to keep the one I'd downloaded from the previous month which I hadn't finished. I found the payment system a bit finicky but that wasn't a big problem. The choice of books were quite varied and I felt they were well chosen and the readers were enjoyable to listen to. Off to find a different service :(

I've been using BChoice for a couple of years now by downloading book&audio to my pc, now starting with the app I miss some things which I hope will be added soon:possibility of reading& listening at the same time,wider spacing between lines,highlighting of words and note taking.I use BChoice mostly to improve my Dutch, so these options are crucial for me and I will probably revert to my downloading to laptop.One improvement of the app is being able to access books for an entire year instead.

Just worthless. It's slow, needs internet once in a while because you shutdown the app. Doesn't matter if you downloaded the ebooks. It stops the audio when you start checking the news or just now for example when I'm writing this review while listening to an audio book. Useless.

I have gotten a 2 month subscription as a gift,and I'm already not really liking the app or the idea of the app. Now, this could be because I'm finicky about my books. I like to read English books, and fantasy. The app has selected 8(?) books for me to choose from and none of them spark my interest. They're all in Dutch, and they're not in a genre I like. Why can't I make a selection of books I like? What's more, is that I get offered a part three of a series. So that's pretty useless.

A bit buggy but generally does what it says on the tin. I didn't like the book selection though. If you're into piss-weak, middle class lifestyle fantasy fiction then perhaps this is the app for you.
