app is ok. but, watch your account ! I've put money on several times, not used the toll road, and have had mi eh disappear. I've had to call customer service, have them remove tolls which should have been caught by Mt transponder, tolls I've never used, and fines for not paying on time. theses been over $400 discrepancy over the last 3 months. we need to watch everything. they're just stealing money from us. customer service lady was helpful. she knew exactly what was happening. FIX THIS

the app keeps dropping in the middle of mandatory replenishment adjustment of less than the coded $20.00 amount automatic appearance. I'm just not changing anything else at the moment until the 10th time attempting to register this windshield transponder ugh. I should have been on the highway by now but I have to have this and be prepared for the expense of tolls. I'm going to be grateful and humble myself. Thanks for letting me vent.

The app is convenient when it works. I have "enabled" the bio log in at least 10 time and ut fails before I even get to try. I have to keep logging in and it never saves the user name. Often when I go take make a payment, ai geta pop up that says to wait X- amount of time because they are processing another payment and I hadn't made one. It would go through 60 seconds later. It's really annoying...

This app and the associated website are the worst software I've ever used in my life. It's riddled with bugs that make it virtually unusable. It's not intuitive and important parts if it doesn't work. I tried to create an I pass account, set it up with funds, etc and received the sticker in the mail. Now, trying to link the sticker to my account, it says "your account has been recognized as pay by plate", but doesn't give you an option to say "no, I actually want Ipass". Garbage.

pretty discourteous to an out-of-state Visitor. Shouldn't there be but ONE invoice fee, or NONE considering I gladly signed up for pay-by-plate... once I knew HOW. YOU do realize that the Tollway NEVER TRIED TO COLLECT, and apparently didn't even account the $1.50 I deposited! plus NO dispute form was ever even provided - ZERO STARS!! geez, I wondered when you'd reach out But you didn't have to be hateful!, as tho I knew what to do, so far away and just passing thru!!

what a bummer this was trying to get this setup. I only drive through Chicago once a year but what a pain in the...... don't bother asking me what went wrong with the app because everything did I tried everything I could multiple times and had one heck of a time getting it to work.

cannot pay tolls and cannot change anything on my account. all I get are error messages for everything you're supposed to be able to do on this app. used to work great and app is currently updated so update must have broken it or something but it is ridiculous.

Doesn't work right. My app is up to date. The website information seems to be current. The app is a month behind. Cannot edit vehicles plate either. Just make and model. Website has it's own issues. But at this point if I want accuracy, I have to go online or call.
