App is ok, but Total has the worst support I have ever dealt with! I've been hung up multiple times and spent over 10 hrs with support on one issue, which could have been easily taken care of in 30 min if the support was competent. Finally, after many calls, I got an agent who knew what he was doing and fixed my problem in 15 min! I've had to get to support several times since then, and experience was the same, put on hold, and then hung up on because they didn't know how to fix my problem!

I've been a Total Wireless customer for 8 years and have a legacy plan. Within the last month, I'm no longer able to access the My Total Wireless app as it's stating I need to get one of their "new" and more costly Unlimited plans in order to get access to the app. I now need to do everything through their website. This is really awful to do this to long-time customers!!! I have a legacy rate of $93 including taxes, why would I EVER change to a plan that has less data and costs me $60-100 more!

I was with Total Wireless for 4 years. The phone carrier itself has gone downhill since it has been aquired by Verizon. Since the last update it told me to purchase a Total Unlimited Plan. I just want to look at my dashboard. I can't even access it and takes me to the messages. Before then it was very easy to check out the account details. It's disappointing how they completely changed.

BOTH the app and the widget never show the amount of data left, even after buying more data UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The whole point of the widget is to let the user know how much data that they have left or how much they have used. Would you buy a car without a fuel gauge or an EV without a battery charge gauge? Maybe in an emergency, but realistically, NO!!! Aside from the hideous new app, I think I might be dropping TbV. Why? Faster throughputs on T-Mobile and Consumer Cellular.

This app is useless. When it was total wireless you could check data usage by line and manage your plans and devices. Now you can only see total usage and all the management functions are gone. I went to Total because I was sick of Verizon's poor customer service and was happy for years. Then Verizon took over and everything sucks again. Maybe time to check out the competition.

Garbage since last update. It wont even allow me to access my account through the app. Says I need a new plan even though I have one and its ACTIVE. Support had zero answers after a two hour call, to order any future service plans or to even check my data usage I have to use the website which is also not programmed very well. Why break something while fixing nothing and making the overall experience worse? Oh yeah, because Verizon.

I haven't had any issues with the service. I however do not like the update to the app. I liked the add to reserve button, but now it is gone. I have 2 lines on my account and would like to be sure that my money is going to the correct line. Please bring the add to reserve button back.

Copy and paste of perfect review used....it was, in fact, a good and affordable service for phones, but now that "Total by Verizon" but their hands on, somehow the service started getting bad, and getting worse every month it passes, and i kept getting recommended to get a "better" pland for a "better" service. I walked away from a account with thousands of them points.. Because you simply couldn't get the hotspot data add-onpackage to go from purchasing to the account correctly.. I.Ts fault
