It works very well. It is usually surprisingly accurate with the bus times but occasionally it is off by a lot. I suspect it's a problem with certain buses GPS because it tells me 20 min to the next bus and a bus is pulling in. (Happens on the Bx26 most) One thing I don't understand is why there's not an option to automatically select the stop you're at using the gps. Manual is ok but sometimes it's difficult when you are in a new area.

Manhattan 3x weekly,vry important to get to my destination on time. i also use the Bx buses a few times a week. I've tried most nyc bus & transit apps & this is the keeper! the app has been dead on for abt 2 weeks. the arrival times are correct, with maybe a 2 minute margin of error. it tracks the bus from departure so you know if it's time to find another way to get there because of your timeline. alerts for delays/rerouting are clear. simple ui. this native ny'r recommends!

this app is pretty good, does the bare minimum job. The other MTA BUS app which was shutdown had a super convenient map of the bus route and showed where the buses are on that route, and I used that feature the most. I hope that the developers of this app can implement this feature in, as I find that I am tediously googling a map of the bus route often. It should not be difficult to code in.

A must have app. Very accurate. But keep in mind late at night you need to head out sooner to get the bus because not many people are waiting on bus during late hours so it will by pass stops quickly and be at stop ahead of time. So other than that this app is perfection. I no longer be grumpy waiting on bus i now know exactly when its going to be there 😀😍😁.

great app until you need to refresh and it take 5 minutes which you could have decided to wait or to walk. time usually is not that accurate by 2-3 minutes and something we walk to station and you see the bus pass by 4 mins later and can't reach it. I uninstalled the app when it was offline it didn't work. it was good not anymore using NYC Transit

Your app is useless. I deleted another MTA app for not putting out the right information and now a bus just passed by me when your app (and the other one I deleted) said the bus was leaving at 3:53pm. FIX IT... CAUSE AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!!!! It's too hot and too many things happening on the street to be sitting outside waiting on a bus. We live in a technological age yet we are still way behind.

freezes all the time after checking just once for my bus. The only fix seems to be clearing the cache over and over. which defeats the purpose when you are near a stop. after i manage to do a search the only way to do another is to clear the cache er

The NYC bus time app is never actually acourdly updated with the schedule that was listed on the 🛑🚌 polls. BUT when U tap in the number of 🛑that is listed. BUT it's absolutely compellingly got the wrong information.
