Great service. On time as well. 22/3/23..Update - the app doesn't seem to be working as it is not opening. Also previous to this the tracking of the vehicle also was not working. 27/9/2023..Update - The application is still not working. Updated the app but to no use. Looks like I will have to delete this app and look for another option.

The app wallet doesn't work properly so if you dont pay attention you may pay twice (through the wallet AND by cash). Drivers are unprofessional and rarely call to confirm rides, instead, they call when they are near. Alot of vehicles clearly haven't been inspected. If the rider is late you are charged a 'wait' fee but if the driver is late you get a hardlucks. Making a profit is definitely their goal but their quality of service is not consistent with that goal. VAST room for improvement.

Works better than the TTRS and DeliverMe apps MOST of the time. At other times, it can be frustrating trying to get someone to accept your ride request. Drivers seem to pick and choose, at their convenience, which rides to accept and which to ignore.

If you have a "short drop" (less than $50) during off peak hours do not bother with the app. One of the major appeals to using this type of service inspite of the price point for me as a woman is safety. But imagine my surprise when I tried to book a ride from my home to the bus terminal for 5:00 am I was told that sort of drop was inconvenient or not seen as worth the drivers time. Additionally future rides at this time were cancelled by Travee with no explanation. Disappointed and displeased.

Dishonest Driver. WILL NOT USE this app in future. Only my second time using the app. Dishonest driver told me that I need to pay in full in cash when my virtual cash had already been deducted unknown to me. Driver also took a long, slow route to my destination which made the fare costlier for his own benefit. This app should never allow drivers to add to the fare by increasing the time taken on the route. I would not recommend this app.
Private One
At times drives pick and choose which ride to accept and they are literally minutes away. I deleted the ttrs app to come to here and I regret it the few times that drivers actually deliver waz exceptional. But I think I'll leave here to. I will not ever again recommend this all to no one it's disappointing

First time experience was excellent. The app was easy and straight forward to use. Driver (Caleb) was pleasant and professional. The cost was very affordable. I am pleased and satisfied with the service. Well done. Keep up the good work.

So here is a tip as service companies: 1. maybe recheck your attitude when speaking to me, 2. learn to read the instructions and I don't know here is a bizarre idea, maybe check the date and time a customer has made a request. I often use the app whenever I need to get somewhere however after the last few experiences, I would be using another travel app henceforth.
