need improvement about the apps! evertime I change the date when booking, I must fill the same EXACT DATA which is wasting time, and the call center is not on standby I don't know if that is some troubleshooting at the moment or what.

DayMall service is totally not recommended. Customer service is very bad and not responsive at all in handling customer's questions and complains. They told me that the package will be arrive at 8.00 pm at the latest, otherwise they would give me an update. But the package just arrived at 11.00 pm and during the time i didnt receive any confirmations from the customer service. They even didnt respon my message at all. Such a worst experience!

the service is sucks for daymall. there was no contact service for this one. for H-1 ordered, they pick up from store since 13.20 and guess what, no once call me that the pakcage will come at 23.20! ha! surely wont recommended this service to other. no tracking for courrier or driver also. very sucks! my frozen food package already de frozed. not nice u guys! wont use any provided services on this apps for sure. very bad experience.

Call center is inactive. not fast respond. If the call center happen to online 24 hours please provide the customer service. I waited for more than 1 hour and still cannot reschedule my trip just because the call center is inactive and the whatsapp customer service can do nothing about it. Please consider this case. Thanks

How to reproduce this error 1. choose promo seat 2. checkout (will show promo price) 3. choose payment method 4. will show normal price (different amount from step 2) jika ada biaya tambahan untuk penggunaan metode pembayaran saya rasa harus ditampilkan juga sehingga nominal pembayaran yg ditampilkan akan konsisten

Worst experience. Delay time is horrible, bad accomodation, bad service, there are better services than them.
