Default is set to show only "delivery auto approved" locations, so many cities show no locations. $5 package pickup is deceptive. Size limit for that price is a 2" x 2" x 2" cube, which isn't even enough to fit an address label. Anything more than 8 cubic inches (letters) is ~$20+ to pick up. This real pricing is hidden below the first unscrolled screen and under a link. If you want to hunt for a location by open hours and days, the whole list resets @every location move. Ivy is awesome.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! As per Bounce's terms, package receiving is not covered by them. So once your package leaves the couriers hands, you have no protection for your items. If the items get lost or stolen while waiting for you to come get them, then that is just too bad for you.

Finding this service was a stroke of luck for me, as I was travelling and needed to receive a few shipments. The app notifications work well and all the shipments arrived safely at the pickup location. There is still room for improvement in customer service response times. The staff at the pickup location was great. Very helpful and responsive.

Package was received and processed, ready for pickup within minutes of it being delivered to the location I chose. 5 star. As long as you put everything on the package EXACTLY as shown, your package WILL be delivered to the location. Will absolutely use again!! thanks Bounce!!

Do not use this service!! They closed the pickup point and my package (New GoPRO) dissapeared. They don't know where the package is, yet i keep getting pickup notifications. Probably stolen by Bounce. TERRIBLE Costumer support. NO WAY TO CALL THEM. Do not trust them with packages!!! Too risky.

Please check the address where your shipping too because Bounce does not include the whole address... I learned the hard way when I was Goin on vacation that week I had 8 packages delivered and I didn't get them because bounce failed to include the suite number and so I didn't get my packages and partially ruined my Vaca.

It's been convenient for the most part, but one of the locations I used did lose one of my packages.
