The app isn’t handling the “Continue Listening” feature correctly. If I pause at episode 20 and return, it resumes fine. But if I continue to episode 53 and pause, then reopen the app later, it jumps back to episode 20 instead of continuing from 53. This happens every time, making the experience frustrating. It’s a serious flaw in an audiobook app that needs fixing.

User's personal Audiobook history gets deleted when a book is no more available on the platform. This is absurd! You can show that the book is not available anymore, but why do you delete my personal audiobook history? How would I track my progress? What is the point of using your app when I cannot see which audiobooks I have completed! ------------------- You did not understand the issue to which you responded. Books being deleted is not the problem. Read my comments again.

Im immensly thankful for this app. Some of the books have helped me change my old habits and start new ones. The app interface is good too. I just have one problem with it. If I pause an audiobook for some hours it doesnt start where I left off. It starts somewhere else. I had to listen to the same chapters again and again because I wasnt able to locate the chapter which I last heard. There is no option as far as I know to mark the chapter which I last heard.

(1) This app doesn't work on metered wi-fi even if it is 100 Mbps. Seems the developers have ties with mobile companies. It is working only on mobile data. (2) The reading minutes are not counted regularly. If developer wants so your minutes get recorded. Or else no. (3) Reading history is not recorded properly. You suddenly find that the book you are reading comes back to the starting point and even if you restart at the last read point, it is not restored.

I've read over 30 books through this platform, which speaks to my commitment and interest. However, I'm deeply disappointed that a significant number of these titles remain incomplete. Despite waiting over 1.5 years, there's been no progress or updates. It's incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the reliability of the service. Sadly, this experience has been far from satisfying.

This app is completely useless. I got a pop-up offering a trial for ₹2, so I subscribed. After 7 days,₹499 was automatically deducted. I raised a complaint, explained it was a mistake, and asked for a refund and subscription cancellation. They cancelled the subscription but did not refund the amount. within 7 working days, I've followed up multiple times, but the refund has still not been given and no response yet 😔

Auto-Pay Needs Serious Improvement. The app itself works fine for its main purpose, but the auto-pay system is frustrating. Payments are deducted without any prior notification, which feels unfair and causes unnecessary inconvenience. A simple reminder or alert before auto-debit would make a big difference. Please improve transparency and give users more control over their subscriptions.
