It's not great. Slow to connect to machines. You have to go back to home to choose to start another machine. Many times notifications that machine is finished come up to 10 minutes early. I miss the wash cards the apartments used before this. Much easier to use. Adding only 25c to extend dry is a pain. It would be great if you'd have favorite settings saved to start machines. 11/24/25: my review still the same. I feel it's slow and clumsy. I much prefer the system that we used before .

Great idea, some execution issues. Wash cycles often ding as done up to 5 min before they are. And communication issues with the dryers when you are trying to extend the time before it runs out are frequent. Also, starting a new wash/dry (the number one thing you need to actively do) isn't easy enough to get to. You have to navigate back to the home screen every time. It should be one of the one touch options at the bottom of the screen.

The app itself is mostly fine. Whenever I try to add time to my dryer it takes my money then doesn't actually add any time. This has happened to me several times now, this function is pointless on the app. My bad for trying it so many times, but I thought it may have been an issue on my end. It is not. Also if you set your washer and dryer, and someone accidentally opens the door on your running cycle, the time still goes down, taking your money without washing or drying your clothes properly.

I tried using machine # 8 an hour ago. It did turn on, then i opened door to put something in quickly then it would not start back up. I have reached out by text on app, as the time on machine was still running even though there was no water inside and buttons would not restart. Machine just won't work at all now, as that timing of wash is complete. I used another machine and am about to do another load. I'd like the credit back though.

I should be able to see if a machine is already in use. It wastes time having to constantly guess and hope one is ready. I don't understand how they implemented a way to tell when my specific machine is done, but couldn't think to add the feature of telling me when another machine isn't done yet. This app operates as if it were an afterthought, having the bare minimum amount of convenience. No different from machines you pay upfront, just a glorified timer and extra waste of time.

Inconsistent connectivity, no support when machines stop working, app reports refunds for machine failures are granted, but I don't get a refund credit on the account. They also have separate sections in the app for reporting equipment failures and requesting refunds. I guess they hope you won't find the refund request option, even though they fail to give a refund anyway. If you have another laundry option, use it. Don't use this service.

So I've had to use this app for years, but according to a pop-up I'm getting today, the app has a bug (2 days after an alleged fix according to the play store), so it keeps crashing. Fantastic. At least my complex has a way to buy a card, but I had to spend $10 on the card itself (ridiculous!) AND then add funds to it in order to actually do my laundry. Very unhappy I had to pay for the card because their app is broken.

I wish reporting a machines issues were better responded to, but I can't say if that's on the washer company or my apartment complex, also wish I could extend drying time without standing right in front of it. But that's just an idea. No complaints so far, besides the time it takes the washers to get fixed when they're down. Dryer hasn't gone down yet. So again could be a complex issue not the app && functions itself. Never had a problem with any of that.
