Update: after no response from the developer, I figured out I have to go into settings and delete all Bengals app data and enter it each time in the app for it to work for tickets. when it works it's great, I can never get to my tickets through it, I log in and click what I need and then it just shows a white screen and never shows my tickets, I guess it works okay for apple, but they won't fix the android side, that info came from by season ticket rep. Please fix this

Some things work fine. Ever since they tried linking ticket master with the Bengals login, it's the worst experience trying to manage tickets. It always takes you to a browser and out of the app. Slows things down, always logs you out and makes you log back in, and wants you to reset password.

App crashes everytime I try to watch a video. It did not do this on apple but I switched to android and can't watch any videos. Please fix i use this app daily

Won't play any video - plays advertisements, but not one video - won't let me sign in - just buffers, even after successful password change. This app used to work flawlessly, but now is practically worthless. I've been a die-hard Bengal fan since 71, seems as tho I can only get timely Bengals news from FB feed, and of course half that news is fake or immflamatory.

Light up the jungle makes me Update Preferences, so I do. It says I have to restart App, so I do. Still does not work. Have restarted phone. Still nothing. Another year, another worthless app.

Can't access my tickets or my account. When I try to log in, the screen just keeps refreshing back to a log in page. Pretty awful app for such a large organization.

The app is great to use, and very helpful. However, every time I want to open up the app, I have to close and re open it 1 or 2 and maybe sometimes 3 times just for things to load. It just sits on a white page for a while until I close and re open it and eventually things load. Once this problem is fixed, then the app will be much better.

The app is broken. If I try to sign-in via Ticketmaster (which is preferred) I get an error message saying that I'm not connected to the internet when I very much am. It won't let me create an account, as it says that password needs at least eight characters, an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a number. I've tried endless variations and yet I get that same error message every time. The thing just doesn't work.
