The new layout is AWFUL. It's slow. Trying to navigate the top menus feels like a chore because sometimes your clicks don't register. Update also didn't save my card and delivery details. Also, where did the "contactless delivery" option go and texts?? UPDATE: Now when I place an order, the app freezes, and charges my card but gives me no delivery information?????

The old app worked just fine. I could open it, order food, and check out in about 1 minute. The new app is a horrible user experience. It jumps around, punishes you terribly for the wrong click, it doesn't keep you logged in, it didn't store my credit card information, and there is a frustrating delay on every tap. There was nothing wrong with the old interface.

The app worked great a few weeks ago, but now it's awful. I ordered delivery. There was no longer a place to leave delivery instructions. I had to call to provide them which defeats the purpose of the app. It also gave a time for delivery but no option for tracking. That was a great feature because I could be right there to greet the driver. The app was glitchy and kept returning me to previous screens.

Welp, where previously I praised this app for keeping a simple, functional layout, they've gone and thrown that away. It looks awful, it performs awful, it's hard to navigate, and worst of all, it doesn't work. I often cannot land into it, and payment options do not work. I cannot even pay for an order I can.Cm'mon, just revert to the old version.

The new app update is terrible and actually unusable. It used to be not great, but still perfectly functional. The app is insanely slow and half the navigation buttons either don't work out show up randomly, and it's no longer possible at all to schedule an order for a future time. Plus, the app never stays logged in and will keep pulling up previously completed orders randomly.

They updated the app and it is awful now. The app used to keep me signed in and now it doesn't, which wouldn't be a huge deal necessarily. But then when I sign in and start clicking around the menu (slowly, I might add, since they added a weird and unnecessary moving screen element in the background. Who thought that was smart?) it kicks me out of the app and hard closes. Then I have to log in again...yeah I'm just gonna give up. You're literally losing my money with this update, Pizza Hut.

This new app update is terrible. Things don't load, there are no ingredients listed for anything, you can't customize many of the items, it is much harder to understand the menu... I absolutely wish we would just leave well enough alone. I tried to click the rate app button... It doesn't go anywhere. It took me six tries to get my order to go through. I also no longer can save payments and I can no longer easily track my order. I would love to see this go back to being a user friendly app.

Latest update is just awful, I don't understand how any of it was approved. Can't select a store to view the menu because it just keeps opening the Google maps view for it, and selecting delivery doesn't work either because the button to select an address is completely unresponsive. What is up with companies feeling the need to completely redo an entire app interface when there was nothing wrong with the old one. This is completely unusable.
