The rewards program is a joke. One part says that you get one point for every dollar you spend. I had a sub-total of eleven dollars and some change and only received 7 points. The next thing is where the app states you get a two dollar reward for every 20 points. Yet my app says that I am 43 points away from my next two dollar reward. At least the food and service is better than the app!

I give it three stars because one because it is a blizzard out tonight and you expect customers to want to walk into a restaurant to pick up their online order? Is a blizzard out and went through to drive through to save hazzle from walking in the snow and they told me I have to go in to pick up my order instead of getting it from the drive-thru. It is very inconvenient for delivery drivers and customers ordering online to pick up!

Facebook log-in is not working. If you suck at programming, maybe you should just save the money you waste on app development and use it to bring down the menu price so I wont need a rewards program to get my money's worth. This is not the first time you've lost my business due to your glitchy app, and I dont think I will even attempt it the next time Im in the area

Facebook link doesnt work. I also signed up using the wrong email address and I can't undo it because the email address isn't registered to me and it's tied to my phone number now.. not great using this app.. ugh

The app isn't too bad except for the most important feature. You can't pay!!! I tried 3 methods, 4 times, and always get an error when trying to pay. No point in supporting payments or an app when it doesn't even work

I can't believe I'm ecstatic to write this review! Under no circumstances would I ever mistake this for a restaurant. The quality has gone downhill over the last several years and I will be elated the day they announce they're closing. Here's praying ...
