Subpar The idea of having an app is great and convenient. However, this is a great example of a lack of UX thinking. Plus just bad programming. Examples: The app has a view to show your energy consumption and plotted above the temperature. However, more often than not, that curve is missing. The same applies go weekly overviews, I've never had a week which plotted every day. While individual days I could look up individually, in the weekly overview they dissappeared. Also: login issues...

Please update app. so we have a better understanding of our usage. App really needs a more "in-depth" look at the info. between "last year's bill" and this year's bill from hour to hour to monthml to month & year to year. We should be able to see Comparative Data "side-by-side" like 2021 on the Left 2022 on the Right. Make a better breakdown Per Hour for the amount of Kilowatts Used. When fixed where you can get a much better understanding of your "Comparative Usage" I'll give you 5 🌟's. 👍

app is still not working. please take another look. it continues to crash and gives error messages stating - error occurred at initializing. Then it closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same outcome.

Great when it actually allows you to log on. I've been seeing the "login failed. An error occurred while signing in" error message quite a bit. It's very annoying.

Don't require the account number to reset the password. I don't get get paper bills, so the stupid app is the only way for me to know. Whatever idiot decided to require the account number should be drug out into the streets and beaten. 🤬

Too slow! Constant log in errors. Outage map will never load. The Smart Hub app was much better.

Every time I try to use this app to pay my bays it tells me I cannot log in to try again later this is becoming problematic to the point if I don't try to pay my bills weeks early I won't make the payment on time

This is the 2rd time in a year the app crashed on a Saturday and I desperately need to add money to my prepaid account. GET IT TOGETHER ON THIS APP!!
