The worst app experience. I cannot add a domino prepago package. The popup where you are supposed to select which one you want is just blank. No options. Also most of the time I can't even add money to the saldo, there is always some error and it asks to try again later. What a terrible functioning app. I am going to leave kolbi all together because I can't even pay for service using the app. The website is hardly any better. Terrible. Also tech support never responds.

Supposed to be able to see prepaid balance but it's unclear. They try to do a good job in english but when calling in for support they say you have to email for app issues. I've been emailing for days and there's a disconnect because the agent is not helping me to understand the issue.

Piece of junk. Won't allow me to make account because it says there's errors with my data. Didn't have any problems setting up my phone number and paying with a prepaid card with my cédula. I've had the number less than a month so time to move on to a different company.

The app itself performs well, as long as you understand that its main purpose is to discourage users from using Kolbi services. Recharging your internet allowance is truly painful, by design. In order to purchase an internet package you first need to transfer money to your account- there is no way to pay directly. The catch is that you can only do it in increments of 2,000 colones per day, which means you need to transfer 2,000 colones each day for 3 days in order to buy a 2GB package. Shame!

I have a pre-paid phone and when I pay on the app I recieve my receipt from ICE that my payment was successfully processed BUT no minutes or credit are ever delivered to my phone (is the app hacked then) so my phone is regularly useless. Also NISE for paying electricity always dissappears and then YOU CANNOT REENTER IT TO PAY YOUR ELECTRIC BILL. App is SOOO bad!! Save yourself the grief

The entire service that Kölbi offers and this app are a rip-off. If you expect any service of quality like in the US or Europe then you will not only be disappointed but see that they really try anything so that you will pay rather lose as much money as possible. Some of Kölbi's business methods would be illegal in other countries, seriously. I give it one star because it is not possible to select 0. Avoid Kölbi and this app.
