Useless app, can't get past the sign up page. App just hangs. Tried re-installing and two different devices, same every time. Charge station I wanted to use looks derelict and out of use which is surprising as it is obviously recently installed. People I asked say no-one is ever seen using it??? Guess everyone has the same experience with this app.

Cannot choose a charger when not closer to it. Just a stupid thing. Eg. trying to activate charging for someone else. Email and password fields for sign up are not recognized as should be for using by password manager. Map is always shows Madrid itself not the closet station. Plug and charge are not working. Should scroll station's list instead of entering station's number. Just try it in Caleido where 60 chargers. Sign up email contains part of the code.

The prices vary within a few miles of chargers plus the price stated on the app isn't the same price that you're charged at the charge point. 91p per kWh is extortionate..there are no loyalty plans like other providers... BP Pulse..63p per kWh with subscription. Sainsbury's is a flat rate of 72p. Even Lidl are cheaper if you use their app...Wenea are the most prolific provider near me, also the most expensive. id rather Drive 2 miles to Sainsbury's than 700 yards to be ripped off by a monopoly.

Tried to register as a new user. Selected United Kingdom, the app wants a postcode but only gives a numerical keyboard (UK postcodes have letters as well as numbers) so can't complete the registration. The app also has a drop down with options including passport... no idea what that's about but I'm certainly not entering it!

The app does not allow you to charge if it considers that you are not close enough to a charger. I was standing right next to a charger but could not get it to charge my car via the app as it indicated I was not close enough. Had to resort to using a different charge card and ended up paying 30% more. Please fix this app behaviour!

Best EV charging app we found in Spain. Very simple user interface. Chargers very reliable. You can see availability and any problems before you travel there. Great dashboard whilst charging. Literally takes a minute from pulling up to the charger to charging. Excellent. Also great value. We found this to be the best in Spain, followed by Easycharger and Ionity (although Ionity is Very expensive!). Whoever created this app really knows what they are doing, others should follow!!

I have to echo what other reviewers have said. The app may work well in Spain but it doesn't work in the UK. It proved impossible to register any card. The app connects to a Spanish payment site and just hangs after displaying some computer code. In theory Wenea looks attractive for charging in Devon but if the app doesn't work then you don't feel like trusting the chargers.

Useless - Map doesn't update so you are required to close / open the app. The app is painfully slow to work and doesn't always confirm the charge. The company also fail to fix their chargers. Use another charging station if you're able to. This company isn't worth you time.
