The interface of your app is very poor. I can't connect with customers even when live orders are active, and if there are issues with the menu, customer care support isn't available on time. Additionally, the app automatically logs out during operational hours, and when I try to log back in, it says the OTP and password are incorrect. Not Able to Start my Business on Swiggy, Not have a user-friendly App. There is no option to address manually. Getting Auto Address from Google Map, but it was wrong. Bad Experience is not able to connect customer care or support team.

Very Very poor & disgusting service.Not crediting the actual amount shown in the payment section (cheating). The call center fee, distance charges and other charges are ridiculous and the contract commission is 24% but the overall commission is almost 37% gone from the payout.Swiggy loots money from restaurants and customers. POC response is very very bad and you are looting various money from restaurant day by day in the name of advertisements. In Tamil we say-திருடர்கள். Super keep it up..!

Not help for me... This is made by few people just to show they are busy working on something... Absolutely no use most of the times the features are either not available or for some ridiculous reason which is convenient for them it's won't work... What pathetic app starts buzzing at 1.30am looking for orders looking for complaints it must've buzzed 10 times

Annoying notification and call. Whenever new order comes before i accept that order in few seconds swiggys automatic call comes. And that auto call comes in early morning also when I was sleeping peacefully. Something complaint against the order they send notification in late night when you are sleeping.

Very disappointed with swiggy partner . They charge way more commission then Zomato . And the application interface is so irritating nothing is clearly mentioned . And the payout system is not open and clearly understandable to us . Charging for ads again and again even when I have not activated any ad since long . I don't know why swiggy is looting the merchants hard earned money even when we are new in market and struggling to grow. On the other hand zomAto is doing great job in this respect

Worst experience with swiggy, Either you have failed or you are neglecting to provide a good service to the three customers of yours i.e, Customers, restaurant, delivery partner, One of the delivery partner took the parcel and didn't give pickup and flew away,later switched off his number, We don't have any option to contact with customer service, where we have a option to contact with customer service for live order support in zomato, With your negligence we all 3 people are getting suffered.

Very disgusting experince with swigy and there team since 3 years there is no any customer service ever if you will try to connect to them they don't give proper responce and they will disconnect the call without any proper answer or solution , rating issue is also there when someone place a good rating, they will not show you or customer and when you will try to speak to partner sport on the same topic they will disconnect the call without any information it happend to me 3 times,(rating scam)
