Have been using this for more than a year and satisfied. Initially we use it for Aircon, then for Air Purifiers (2 of them). Everything was fine but suddenly on June 14th all my devices suddenly have trouble connecting to wifi eventhough they are positioned near to the router. All my smart plugs are still working fine, why Sharp's experiencing problems?

Okay when it works. Cant set an auto on/off time (eg on at 8am, off at 8pm). Only a useless timer. Really hard to setup, it took me a number of tries via android and ios devices. Connection is always unstable. The app is also very buggy and the wifi logo on my J80 purifier is almost always blinking. This app is desperate for an improvement. Fast.

Poor. Set up confusing. Press the wps button. On the air Purifier or router? Also why do sharp need my date of birth post code and email address? I can't even set the time when I want to turn the thing on as that's not an option. Also no numerical value for pm 2.5. You guys at sharp need to do better. No point writing an app in Japanese and then using google translate. That is just lazy. Spent 20 minutes trying to change the wifi setting only after trying every menu I find it under register.

Technically it's not bad but setting up for the first time takes a really lomg time to understand right away. Maybe put some video examples. Especially when u want to replace some parts when u try to find it will show you the part and opens in google. Why not send a link on what part of the country and where u are selling it to directly check out. And it would be great if it plays with alexa or google too

Sucks due to unstableness. I experienced difficult in settings and connecting two FP-J80TA-H to this application, very difficult even for a tech geek. After I succeeded the connection and used this app for a week, it keeps telling me that my connection is unstable. All IoT stuff/apps in my house are working normally, except this app.

Finally I can connect the wifi after 10 months I used the air conditioner. The condition always can not registered. The instructions was very wrong! After I find some people review, please correct it! Not push for 3 minutes! But push it for 3 times!!

(phx13) The app have less function than remote control and it can't keep online after blackouts must reprocessing air con. with router always but temperature monitoring is good function, it's can use various task outside home if dev. can fix problem in first paragraph it will get 5star from me.

many people gave bad rating, but once i tried it, it worked really well, didn't find any problem to set it up...., i use this app for controling my Sharp Air Purifier, and it works perfectly, using LAN, or when im not at home using cellular network i can also control my air purifier, so i think this app is really under rated...., for u people who couldn't use the app, please read instructions...
